Or to get proximity warheads it needs to use missiles we’ve already learned to defeat from the Pantsir?
Where are the people that called F-15C GE and F-16-B52 “DOA” to call this DOA as well?
the complaints arent about the fact that its being added.
its that other nations arent given anything remotely close to it, meaning that russia has both a good long range SAM, the best SHORAD and really good CAS.
If other nations were given similar capabilities, this wouldnt be that much of an issue.

Other nations already have SPAA far better than it against fixed wing aircraft.
And if & when rotor wash RCS is modeled, better against all CAS.
Thats the thing. Rotor RCS isnt modeled. this, coupled with LDIRCM being a magical dome of “i dont consent to being killed by a IR missile” makes helis unkillable in many circumstances.
And before you say anything, this applies to ALL LDIRCM helis, not just the Mi-28.
Of course, I find using my leopard WAY more comfortable then using a T80 and I find the stock PUMA VJTF WAY more comfortable than using a 2S38… Because the russian tanks simply aren’t as good
Other nations SAM’s are hardcountered by MI-28NM’s (and other helis with the absurdly overperforming LDIRCM + FnF missile combo) thus requiring the use of subpar SACLOS AA’s.

not really wouldnt consider the BUK a dominate SPAA just like how the claws was buns and got swapped for the NASAAM the BUK should have same treatment

You do know that ANYTHING with radar has A LOT more range than JAGM? So basically if you pop up on its radar you are dead basically

Leopard 2PL: 0.40 KDR
T-80-UE1: 0.73 KDR
T-80UD: 0.65 KDR
