It’s not like you can’t change the target you are engaging.
All SPAA suffer from the same oversaturation of the radar, just some have bigger limits, some have them smaller, like pantsir tracker.

When I use the pantsir and that happens, the missile turns direction and heads towards my team… Well anyway I’m just saying give this new SPAA a go, I mean the BUK was pain. This new SPAA is probably going to be after the BUK. Just a pantsir with better missles

When I say BUK is pain I just mean it isn’t as good as other multi vehicle SAMs. It had lots of complaints… I tried to get gaijin to add a S300, suggested it via forum but it got rejected
