I would not call it Buk fake lever, as 40km claim appeared once, just not attached to anything, so Gaijin slapped it onto a missile and called it a day. It is acceptable.
BUK is a different pair of shoes.

All nations had SAM at that point, yes, even if you include Sidam.
It was added along with 5 other SPAA, so, I’m not sure what your point is.

Not a Sam with the system the IRIS and Elde had at the time… It didn’t have the radar screen and he lost of vehicles in the air. The Elde was also a SAM, just a single vehicle one making it harder to find and kill, having access to smoke grenades allows it to repsition if it has to

Every single SPAA with a sensor (except 1) got radar screen when it was added, with all its functions.
Not sure what you mean by losing vehicle in the air, also who is he.
Yes elde was small, but you saying it could reposition must be a joke. EldE physically could not drive at all when it was added.

I would say it’s OK. Upgrade over CLAWS, but not so much to make it something godly.
