And unlike the tanks, the bomber has a birds eye view of the battle and thus can make better decisions.
So nah the bomber can take the blame.

You are spawning it too late then.
B-52 its good to carpet bomb capture points, halls and some spaas in their spawns.
So in addition to looking up at skies to keep track of enemy CAS, we need to now worry about death raining down from our own team?
That’s a stupid take.
“just look up bro”
Honestly the lack of communication means that it’s every player for themselves, so just play as well as you can.
Well see the issue is the plane is designed to wipe about a quarter of a country off the face of the planet. You are playing in a map that might generously be considered the size of city. and when you drop enough bombs to wipe out a quarter of the US into a city you tend to destroy everything. Everything typically includes the tanks on the ground and some of those tanks are your tanks which are fighting the enemy tanks.
The solution is simple really. Don’t drop forty thousand pounds of bombs on a city with your friendlies in it.
so if your uptiers 9.0+ you go low and flank the map
at 8.7 and lower you climb as high as you can while maintaing speed 95% of 8.7s do not keep up at 50K-40K feet full downtiered to 7.7 basically untouchble
@Bufnitza
for AIR RB
If a bird takes a dump, it cannot magically control the direction of where unguided bombs are going to drop once they are out of the plane.
It also has a slow turn rate, meaning its ability to “Aim” is limited due to the aircrafts primarily intention, which isn’t maneuverability.
Tanks take the blame if they are directly below it. But keep telling yourself that.
That is not at all what I said.
But that is what you believe since you didn’t read everything. That is what you believe. Poor opinion and failure to make a proper analysis.
I fully upgraded my B-52 fairly quick in Air RB. I just started to dive for a base immediately when the match begins…Everyone seems to climb. I dive then turn out and run or circle around behind them and get another base. I also just go after the ground targets. It upgrades quick.
Yes it can. It’s called a freaking bombing sight, you can use it to aim.
Keep coping.
“If i throw bricks onto pedestrians, it’s the pedestrian’s fault for not dodging the brick” logic

LOL… nah… you didn’t say it AT ALL. SMH.
I stand with my other post - blaming the victim is a stupid take.
Let’s take again the example of the BUFF flying at 3000 meters. It will drop about 6000 meters away from target.
Basic trigonometry: in this situation a course deviation of only 1° will result in a deplacement of the bombing line by about 100 meters.
So you’re telling me you can guesstimate the heading of an aircraft - even a big one like the B-52 - so precisely at that distance that you can be sure that you’re safe?
(Btw, a course deviation of 2.4° would result (in the case of the aforementioned Breslau) in an uncertainty of a whole map grid of 250 meters).
…
Common sense dictates that when there are two people fighting in the streets, and someone throws bricks onto their heads, the fault would lie in the one who threw the bricks.
But this is the first time I see someone suggests those two people, who are busy fighting each other are at fault for having their own heads smashed in, not the one who chose to throw the brick on them to begin with.
And then the “solution” that is offered is for these people to somehow foresaw the bricks falling onto their heads, immediately cease fighting each other to dodge.
It’s really fascinating the more I think about it.
Remember, we’re since about a day discussing CAS with an 8-engined strategic bomber… ;-)
Use the b52 on maps with hills or natural cover and place a target point on the enemy base or spaa because they do not often move, then while flying low, what until you are within a few kilometres and pull up and toss a bomb. Then directly after, drop bomb series ( or even set a button to drop bomb and drop bomb series) so that you have a semi-precise drop. If you use 2000pd bombs there should be a fairly large kill zone, and you can do this a few times if the right natural cover is provided. I do this in my A4e Skyhawk and it is quite effective. The extra counter measures should hopefully make up for larger size
Just a thought
