I noticed last night in a top tier SimEC match, that I only received 234 mission points for destroying a bomber formation. Something is definitely wrong.
More or less it is what it is nowhere near what it used to be. Like i remember when game still had bethoven music in hangar you could spade plane in one game and unlock 1 or 2 planes alongside it and enough sl for everything. But those days are long gone.
All player kills, no AI. Absolutely saddening.

Holy… I miss when we would get rewarded for engaging in PVP. I’ve nearly given up hope of sim getting any more major improvements by Gaijin to be honest… “anti abuse measures” are effecting honest players too. Had a 15 kill match in the MiG-21MF, all players, match ended in 1hr 15min and I got 107k SL and 30k RP, researching the MiG-21bis-SAU. What has happened to our game mode, Gaijin?
PvP kills give you almost nothing directly, as long as you do your “useful action” thing.
But at least it seems to contribute to useful actions. So 1-2 kills every 15 min and you got almost the max possible outcome.
It is annoying when you have a good day and shoot down 10 planes in half an hour, but I understand that for not ultra skilled players it is a fair system.
But would it be so bad to give us 25% of the enemies spawn cost as kill reward?
Even with 300% SL bonus it would be a 1:1 trade
yeah you only need one pvp kill to max out your reward for the next 15min.
The best way to score in SimEC as a fighter, is to prioritize the objectives, and take kills of opportunity. This contributes to the win, and get you better rewards than playing just to hunt targets.
I’ve had some surprising after battle results when not even focusing on killing players. Just taking A points and killing formations. The kills will come to you.
If you want to farm rp you just have to destroy 2 AI planes in bomber formation, rtb and wait for useful action timer since that maxes it out, take off and land so you get rest of rewards.
Stupid system which encourages passive play more then anything since you already start in 10 minutes of debt with paying repair upfront.
yeah unfortunately this is what the current system actively encourages. If you kill more than 2 planes within 15min, all those extra kills mean nothing regarding rewards (SL/RP).
It is truly pathetic that the devs ever implemented Useful Action.
Back when they were about to implement it and shortly after they implemented it, the whole SB community told them it was a VERY BAD IDEA, but they ignored all of us.
Almost as if the devs are intentionally making it worse 🤔 best way to get rid of a game mode they have no interest in.
This has got to be one of the single most dumb features to add to a gamemode. Lets penalise taking moments of opportunity and initiative, lets penalise getting as much done as you can, just because some guys bombed an airfield :/
Nerf bombing the airfield, don’t nerf everything else and make bombing the airfield the only consistent source of rewards. I wanna be able to pop ground targets for more than 20 points a go…
no if you want make player progress slow. You know, bots gonna bot anyways and ban them is easy but bad for business. Players will grind longer meaning more premium time to buy
If i’m not wrong, they are still there, this just show the amount that was left in the current Modifications research.
Good thing is even the reward is calculated based useful action. You still get the stars/scores by PVP and have 3x multiplier for winter event score.
