Why? The Su-27SM has a better airframe and a larger weapons load, and that is what allows it to sit at 13.7. The Su-30MKK and Su-30MK2 can only carry six radar-guided missiles, and their airframes are even more sluggish. Why should they be moved to 13.7?
Because they’re objectively better than every 13.3 aircraft by far, while also being superior to many 13.7 aircraft as well.
The Su-27SM is also undertiered, it is superior to every 14.0 aircraft with only the MICA mirages being comparable
Justifying one undertiered plane being a lower br using another undertiered plane is just fundamentally flawed

su27sm is one of the best 13.7s, obviously they shouldn’t be the bar for what qualifies, compared to the f16adf, mig29smt, and mig29m they most certainly shouldn’t be 13.3. Not to mention just how much better they are than those.
I would like to point out the stock grind of a comparable jet, the F-15C MSIP II is awful.
The default loadout is x2 AIM-9M, x2 AIM-120A
all of the weapon upgrades are fairly useless. You can take the AIM-7M on the fuselage and they are very mediocre at 13.7. But both the AIM-9L and AIM-9M mods are completely wasted. There isn’t a scenario where anyone is dropping the stock loadout for AIM-9Ls or more AIM-9Ms(you’d have to give up your 2 stock AIM-120As)
So you end up grinding 90k RP to get a full ARH loadout. The Su-30MK gets x2 IR and x6 ARH as a benefit of being a premium. Of course all premiums are spaded, that’s part of the purchase. But when comparing the Su-30MK to the F-15C MSIP II I just don’t see that much difference. Except I have to grind 90k RP to be equal to a jet with a lower BR.
I think they can easily be the same BR and the Su-30 can come up no problem. When I was grinding with the F-15 I faced tons of them in almost every match anyway.
Many newer premiums are blatantly undertiered because they sell like hot pockets. NF-5A, The su30s, J7D just to name a few could all go up in BR.
And then once the sales start to plummet they will go up in BR or get powercrept by new stuff. Happened to many premiums like the F-5C, Wyvern, Kfir Canard just to name a few, they used to be lower BR, very strong in their BR range, then gaijin released new higher tier premiums or premiums in their BR range and shockingly the next “decompression/balance” patch made them borderline unplayable so the new stuff sells.

How about instead of that you learn to read, I stated that it’s impossible to roll an pl12 in a game (not a cherry picked clip on a custom you took 30 tries at) like you can with an aim7.

Because they’ve ruined the entire bracket by being overpowered for a 13.3 jet and just being way better by magnitudes than everything they routinely face at 12.3-13.3 while still being competitive enough in uptiers… but you knew all this presumably

People being dumb as rocks does not make things impossible. 99% of players do not sparrow roll a sparrow. Thus 99% will not roll a pl-12. This does not change the fact that it is rollable.

I’ve NEVER seen or had this happen in an actual game because it doesn’t.
You not seeing it does not mean it doesn’t happen elsewhere. There are whole threads documenting PL-12 nerfs. You are free to look. Again, the average Su-30MK2 idiot will not roll a pl-12.
