Move S1 to 12.3 or 12.7 like it should have been for ages and done. SM SV should go to 13.0 like Sepv3/Sepv2trophy, 2a7v and such.
In general we just need decompression and gaijin to be more transparent about their data that they use for BR placement because you cannot tell me that Su30MK2/MKK is balanced at 12.3 in GRB, the same BR as a goddamn tornado SLE.

Besides the whole compression thing, GRB plane BRs are also just a mess.
Another peak example, besides the MK2/MKK being 12.3, is the F-15E sitting at 12.7.
