Unreal engine
Future
LOL NO.
gajins not rebuilding the game on unreal engine so you can be happy and dagor has C++
They wont have much choice if they want war thunder to continue.
Que times in airRB have already gone from instant to up to a minute at top tier- even longer other BRs iv played recently.
Theres a good few games about to be dropped over the next year that will desimate the pop. Gaijin knows this- see their desperate go at infantry.
que times are not because of dagor and dagor is not outdatted it keeps getting work worked and updated with things like directX 12 some people like you just cant accept infrantry is just a new game mode that devs wanted to try out infrantry to compete with BF6
and if your using DirectX 12 you could be experiencing stuttering because it is still Beta
did you miss your shots again?
Yes its not dagar its their wild spaghetti code which has gone that far it can never be recovered
The servers- I read a while back so dont quote me on this. Gaijin doesnt want to pay enough money for good servers, IIRC its something called a tick rate. Games like CS-GO have a massive tick rate compared with WT. Hence the issues WT has. How much money they make again last year?
Infantry will fail as most people have played WT and know the grind that awaits. Its a fool me once scenario- very few people will want to grind 400k for an AK47
400K for ak47 your trolling bro people love to blame server for skill issue now days and someone like you would know what a “goog server” is infrantry will have its own playerbase joining since this game is free people will join just for infrantry gajin could care less about what some verteran thinks about it and a massive dev team like gajin can easily fix “speghetti code” as code is very fixable i dont think any major company like gajin would let a game die because of minor code issue and tick rates
Well its 300k for a BR 8.7 heli. 400k for TT jets. AK47 being a TT gun or there abouts Im just going with current standards.
f2p doesnt equate to sucess/ players- infact its the opposite the game has to be that good or have no other competitors…
Yet here we are with trash level servers and code that breaks the game every update. Code can be excused but the servers- Gaijin make bank every year but never upgrade says it all.
You say the servers are OK? well why do replays not correspond to the events that happened in game? “Check what really happened on the replay” isnt how good servers roll
broken heart emoji
my man if the game was made with Unreal Engine the low-end pc playerbase would dissapear so forget about that.
if you have seen the blk files for user skins that’s basically dagor 6 language. Not C++.
you can still adjust graphics levels on UE, it will cause less hardware interference as an actually industry standard game engine designed specifically for DirectX and OpenGL caching compatibility instead of having to update the normal maps and textures every single frame causing the occasional GPU freezes.
dagor engine is in C++
you realize even 1 wrong coding line can cause a glitch that’s why it happens every update on basically every game
Im not buying its just a mistake when the same bugs keep happening…Missiles doing no damage for EG
That has had nothing but slop on it since it was released. UE5 is hot garbage.
Every single UE5 game has astronomically huge recommended [and] space requirements and even if you meet them they run like a '64 impala with broken suspension on a gravel road
Read; absolutely miserably.
Dagor is a lot of things, but at least you don’t need what is effectively a $2000+ rig to run at even 60 fps on medium.

I’ve worked on UE5 as asset modeler.
If your games turn out to need €1000 plus rigs to run at minimums then it’s a problem with the developer, not the engine itself. This is common knowledge.
Any caveat one might find with working with UE5 and publishing games with it is the political slop behind all of it and Tencent’s ties with some pesudostate one shall not mention, but doesn’t matter anyway cause we all know the political position of most triple A and large MMO game devs.
