I have played Germany, I am taking a break because I’m not interested in much past 8.3 Ground, and I abandoned the Air tree because it is not unique past props.
It’s like you can’t find nothing like this on other nations. The composite, specifically doesn’t have anything special except by the Metal Polymer and RHA, it’s nothing like complex composite armor, and most vehicles can easily pen it*,
*not the specific area mentioned, but the vehicle
The rounds, 3BM25 can not be one of the bests in this case, can pen but some times can deal least damage in counterpart of the T-55M as example, same vehicle with better round at same BR.
The only thing that worth on ground 10.0 is the 2S38, 2S25M, T-80UD and T-72B (1989), K1 can be very useless, specially on this BR where you barely faces something shooting chemical ammunition.
Shilka only gets some kind of function on the ZSU-23-4M4 with Engler missiles, because this one can’t do much due the short range cannon.
The Strela-10M2, 2S6 and Pantsir-S1 I can’t say much because I don’t own the vehicles.
Of course ~20°/s rotation and ~2°/s elevation turret, slow maneuverability at low speed can really help, the 7,1s can mostly be the key aspect to kill the player, including the slow reverse speed where western MBTs like Leopard 1As, 2As are one of the bests.

Navy is part of the game and isn’t biased toward Russia. They do have powerful costals, but the US just got some pretty decent additions that are similar to those Russian counterparts. The Destroyers are much less powerful and at higher BRs than the US Destroyers.
I don’t think I’ve seen a single French Fox-3 Kill since the update and I’ve been playing my F-16C, F-15C, and AV-8B+ the most since the update. I have seen very few Russian jets during this time as well. While the Russian and French Fox-3s may be superior in G pull, that means they will bleed energy extremely quickly because they turn harder. The Darter also has much shorter range than the Aim-120s and much less explosive yield, so I wouldn’t quite say they are the “best” by far. While the R-77 has better G pull and yield than the Aim-120, the SU-27 can only launch and guide 2 missiles at a time while the US airframes can guide 6-8 depending on airframe. I would call that a massive US advantage because the F-15C can use TWS to guide 4 times the missiles simultaneously when compared to its counterpart the Su-27. Best single missile performance - Russia, best Fox-3 capable fighters overall - US. Besides that, I have no clue where you got the idea that the MICA is the best Fox-3 other than looking at strictly G pull because the launch range is much lower and the explosive yield is almost half of the Aim-120s.
Swedish top tier tanks are the best in the game. Fun thing about that is that a developer (of who’s name I do not know) has openly mentioned that Sweden is his favorite nation which could show some ACTUAL bias for their performance, but there is no link. The only great part about Russian top tier tanks is probably the rounds they get and the T-80 derivative turret armor. They have pretty bad gun depression, quite a few of their tanks don’t get thermals (T-80 derivatives like T-80UD, Object 292, and the 10.0 range T-72s) when other nations have them on almost all MBTs, and the strong points of the armor profiles are negated (by any main caliber APFSDS above 9.0) if the hull is showing with a slight angle because the armor behind the tracks is amazingly weak and can be penetrated at extreme angles easily. The lack of gun depression also means you will have to show your hull to shoot over obstacles, which means you’re gonna get shot through the lower plate and have your ammo detonated. Also, piss poor survivability compared to other nations MBTs because of the Turret Ejection System known as the Russian autoloader.
Germany has better 6.7 heavies, US has better 7.7 heavies, Britain has better 7.7 heavies, the US has comparable 8.0 range mediums with the M60s because of the better gun handling, turret traverse, gun depression, and stock APDS compared to the T-54s APCBC stock. Russia has more SPAA, but the ones before 7.7 are trash, and the M247 is better than anything around 9.0 for because of proxy shells and can combat aircraft with countermeasures because it is gun based and doesn’t care about flares. the US also gets the XM-975 with SACLOS at 10.3 to deal with helicopters much better than IR based systems.
US has the best CAS options, especially since those options can now carry Aim-120s for defense and countering other CAS planes. The Su-35SM3 and the TV guided Kh-38s are going to be Aim-120 food from now on since the US gets the AV-8B+ with Aim-120s, Aim9Ms, and AGM-65Gs on a very, very capable airframe instead of a brick like the Su-25. Russia does have the Pantsir, but SACLOS systems require a fair amount of practice to use effectively against fast moving maneuvering jets. The Pantsir is also easily avoided if you fly low and use terrain to block the radar/LOS for guidance. The Helicopters are a fun matchup because the US has better close ranged gun fighting for heli to heli combat because of the full traverse turret, but the Ka-50/52 have Vikhrs for ranged helicopter combat. Hellfires have better penetration than Vikhrs while being a bit slower, but also have IOG. ATAS-92 are better than Iglas overall. The Russian helicopters do get better ground belts for their helicopters.
Russia has its good vehicles like every nation, but it is by no means the best in the game overall.

all tanks can be penetrated at an angle in the tracks, this is more of a universal problem.
The Mica is the best because most fights still take place at those closer ranges, though still slightly further than before (10-5km) thanks to its thrust vectoring and way higher G pull it can easily outmaneuver any other missile. It doesn’t have the best range, but it doesn’t need it since it wouldn’t make any real difference in-game since it already has more than enough for almost all ingame combat encounters.
The first is just your own opinion man, almost all heavies at 7.7 are pretty equally matched, only being able to pen each other’s weak spots. The M60 is if anything slightly better than the T-54s. But Russia has tanks like the BMP-1, obj 120 at the same BR which are definitely superior to what the US fields at the same br. And are you really calling the ZSU-57-2 trash?
The M247 might have proxy, but at only 0.3br higher russia has 4x23mm’s with Surface to Air missiles in their ZSU-23-4M4. The M247 might have a slight advantage at close range, but the ZSU shoots faster with its guns and has missiles to take down foes at longer ranges. The US gets the XM-975, Russia gets their Strela and 2S6 wich has saclos. The 2S6 also including cannons, making it way more versatile and able to defend/mow down ifvs. Longer-range missiles that also pull harder, at only 0.3 br higher! Russia is way better at defeating helicopters and close-flying aircraft at this BR. And the strelas missile make short work of any flares, often ignoring them. No wonder they had to move it up so much in BR since it was first introduced.
STRV122’s are artificially nerfed, with them lacking proper reload, armor, and possibly LWS. And Russias T80BVM is as close to a 122 as possible ingame, with slightly smaller weak spots (except for lower plate) and way better thermals, ERA package for the sides, Ability to use missiles, Lower profile, Faster etc. If anything, Swedish and Russian top-tier is very equally matched, with the exception being the Pantsir.
Best CAS options? The AV-8B+ is way too slow to escape the Pantsir, and those Aim120s? Easily dodged by flying low or using chaff (Which isn’t really an option for American planes, since the Pantsirs great radar and 4x30mm’s will crush any plane that tries to fly low to dodge its SACLOS missiles. Heck, the pantsir doesn’t even need it’s radar. It can crush you anyways with those guns. And using the AIM120 to take down any SU25’s? Puts you in an extremely vulnerable position when locking and launching. And since ground is often done at way closer ranges, the R77 from the Russian aircraft will perform better, since range isn’t a factor there.
Russia’s entire 10.0-10.3 lineup is broken, 2S38, T72 moderna, obj 292, T-80UD, BMP-2M and their great ass AA’s. And let’s not forget the SU25/K is at 10.0. Russias toptier at 11.7 is just an Air fiesta, no one can project airpower in WT just like Russia, with their Pantsir keeping the sky’s clear, and their air fleet being able to stay out of any NATO AA’s range to dog on them, or fly too high for them to get shot down. And their army of T80’s give them the ability to respawn however many times they desire with a capable tank.
Russia’s BMP’s are stronger than most nato counterparts, their T80’s, AA’s, CAS, Pe-8, Obj 279 being near unkillable, and at a just perfect BR not to face nato 10.3, Kv-1e, IS-1/2, PT-76-57, Obj 268, IT-1 just to name a few great vehicles.
Russia has no shortage of great tanks at any BR, and overall the best.

The APFSDS is equivalent to DM13 and Stab/LRF isn’t that uncommon this BR with things like the Type 74/TAM/TURM III and more

the lineup is stacked but the vehicles themselves aren’t that terrifying beyond the 292 when it was 10.0
Though if you want busted vehicles added recently the Su-25SM3 is a thing in game for some reason

Id say that Russia ground is better than most nations, but air i doubt that other than the SU25SM3 having the best air to ground missiles.
The best ammunition to use on the T-55am imo is actually the APHE lol if you face Germany you don’t need apfsds to pen them because most of them are squishy targets even up until 9.7 leopard 2k can be penned anywhere by the good old br-412d, couple with OHKO power. For time being my T-55AMD has slightly better KD than the T-62M1 both played at 9.0 I’m pretty sure some survivability comes from APS denying enemy’s ATGM and the finishing blow from APHE.
Have you tried the American Maus at 10.0? Horeshet that thing hits like a truck bro even the tier one apfsds one tab anything it sees at 10.0 matchmaking, while spading it I already have better KDR than the TURMs. The only complain is this thing can’t seems to turn if you trying to hold W. It’s like someone spent all his points on firepower but 1 on mobility and speed lol
