Tbh I only see these coming back in either a ‘newer style’ rp event, or a sturmtiger style anniversary one.
I highly doubt gaijin will put these back in the tech tree, ever
main reason why people want them back now more than ever is due to the buffs

Those were not “removed” per say, but rather moved to the Italian tech tree. They’re obtainable there.

Good point, that’s also pretty similar to the German tank situation. If one is OK then the other should be too.
I want this as well, but it’s not a true replacement for Flakpanzer 341. That’s a similar weapon to what Sd.Kfz. 6/2 has at BR 2.3, if I’m not mistaken.

Was removed from research a bit ago, same as the german trinity and the R2Y2’s
There was always an underlying demand for their return though, nearly as long as i’ve been playing, people have always been begging for them to come back, but I agree, now that the coelian is gaining some time in the spotlight, there is far more discourse about them

People naturally tend to talk about the hot topics, and the recent buffs simply brought the topic into the light again.
My position on the vehicles are the same with the buffs or without.

yes the italian SM bombers and russian bombers were used as a filler but are now collector items because of its removal, if people want that stuff completly gone then the grind would have been for nothing

I don’t think anyone wants those vehicles gone as they were very real vehicles, I think they should be added back to the game in the premium section of the tech tree, and should be researchable whenever you want, but you do not need to research them to unlock anything else in the tree.

most topics are about the coelian because of its br breaking buff its received so people want it back and join in on the seal clubbing
Would be an absolute bitch to balance then, since a panther chassis cannot be at 3.0 but also a crappy 20mm cannot be at like 5.0 (rough BRs)
Its a 3,7 cm Flak 36 L/57. 700g Aphe at 790m/s or 685g Aphe at 800m/s, 52mm top, 10mm gunshield. The HE is decent. At 180 rpm.
Tho it can also recive the 405g H-Pzgr. At 1170m/s with 110mm pen.
btw, the gun on the flakpanther is a 37mm not a 20mm
I see… strong hull with meh gun, similar to the Italian 40mm leopard in some ways

Yeah I mistook the gun in the image, either way a 37 isn’t too much of an improvement, like 4.0 material perhaps (RIP thread)
