Removed/hidden vehicles

If we follow your logic, it’s also not unrealistic that every semi-modern USSR tank gets K5/Relikt ERA, as attaching bricks on vehicles isn’t that hard and could happen if they wanted. It simply isn’t real.
Arguing semantics doesn’t get you anywhere.

Keyword if.

Now show me proof that truck and trailer was made by them.

Real or not its in the game. so it should also stay in the game

Well if you find plans for those tanks with such ERA go ahead and make it a suggestion. The 341 had plans drawn up and a mock up turret made.

yes and no for me. While yes I would love all these vehicles (or at least be able to test drive them AHEM GAJIN PLS) the tiger 105 I would say no, just for the fact its very obviosuly fake, and the N@zis said no to it (Censored cuz idk how many people will cry cuz I said the acutall word :p)but the panther and coellian I would say yes because they at least had wooden mockups (and if the internet is correct the panther had a almost full steel design/mockup

joke unsuccessful, now i have to research :(

Dont forget era covered bmp:s and uaz 452

Plans aren’t enough to get things into the game and you know it very well.
If things aren’t fit for the game because they’re unrealistic, ahistorical and completely fake, they should just get deleted outright, hiding them does nothing.

Yes I do know but for the love of god can you just accept that if plans exist then if I make something according to those plans it is a realistic representation of it regardless of whether the thing existed in reality. The representation we have is ahistorical but not unrealistic.

They are on a pretty nice scale from real to complete fiction

Maus real

Flakpanther mockup

Panther 2 a mix between the Panther 2 and Panther 88. The Panther 88 project started like a year after the Panther 2 was canceled

Tiger 105 basically a napkin request (not even a draving) so complete fiction

As far as i am aware, they return GE spent to research the modification.

Not sure how they would go about giving something to those who have a vehicle. Best case would be them changing it to a real panther and adding it back.

Im very against giving gaijin the green light to just remove vehicles from players in general.

Not really, as I can draw a flying saucer with who knows what guns on a napkin as a “plan” and you might struggle hard to make it a real thing. Plans can be unrealistic, which certainly isn’t an unknown concept for WW2 Germany. This also isn’t just about Coelian.

Uh no, it didn’t. I looked hard for it online and saw there was only a mention to upgrade the Ostwind to Ostwind II standard, but there was never a functional vehicle. Only evidence of it existing is on a shady russian forum and with pictures that are very likely fake images.

You can usually tell quite easily with those and you cannot argue in good faith the coelian is an unrealistic plan.

This particular convo is. But the other removed vehicles have different issues. THe 105 tiger is just an idea not even a plan or anything, the panther 2 should have the turret changed to a regular panther turret (the hull existed and is diferent).

If they return GE/RP spent on modifications, then they could do the same for vehicles. Not doing it that way is problematic.

Agreed.
Something that can’t get changed into something real should just get deleted though.

They removed the ability for those to be researched by players down the line.
Changing TTs like that isn’t good either.

Do we really need another t25?

I’m just telling you how your argumentation can result in some really funny things.

All of those are fake and things we have in game are just paper designs, otherwise they wouldn’t be removed.

But you know perfectly well what the argument started out with.

The tiger 105 is fake yes it never got further than just an idea of putting a 105 on the tiger. THe panther 2 however did have a hull built which had a different armour layout but was supposed to feature the standard panther turret. The ingame representaion is unrealistic since the turret is wrong

A difference is that a modification took maybe 5 games to get while the vehicle took dozens.

What do those who grinded it get?

It isnt the best but its better than just removing vehicles from people and going “yeah, you spent a good amount of time to get that. To bad, cry about it”.

The biggest joke about removing vehicles was the excuse that they never left the drawing board or were incomplete (either turret or hull), but years later they added a ship for Russia that never even left the construction dock.

I don’t know if this is intentional or not, but if some countries aren’t allowed to have vehicles that were never produced or finished in time… then Russia shouldn’t have them either.
