Those not paying still have a say because they are playing the same game and because their gameplay experience is directly affected by those who pay.
Should a pedestrian who got hit by a car not have a say about safety regulations in traffic? They didn’t pay for the car after all, so clearly they should just hush hush, right?

Is it how you can’t have several of the same bush on your tank? Is it how bushes can be shot off? If that’s the case then cry me a river, because neither of these changes addressed the core issue that is experienced by playing against bushes: that of being much more difficult to spot and target. It still represents an unfair and paid for advantage.
And you speak of F2P players as a bad thing, yet they are the ones who are filling the game’s servers. They are the biggest part of the community who can advertise the game to others. They are all potential players who buy something in the future.
Why do you complain at F2P players for playing a game that Gaijin chose not to charge an entrance fee for? You feel scammed by the business model, yet you complain at the group who has nothing to do with how said model was set up. It’s like smashing against a keyboard and complaining about how fragile it is rather than blaming either your temper or the game that enraged you in the first place. Nonsensical.

You feel scammed by your own investments and are projecting it onto others because they didn’t (or literally can’t) make the same mistakes as you.
This leads you to looking for something to blame other than yourself. You chose to complain at the victim rather than the perpetrator.

People will vote with their wallets in the end. I mean why buy bushes if Gaijin are going to ruin them? Infact why bother with anything such as Crew Skills or even premium vehicles if Gaijin are going to move the goal posts to appease those who contribute nothing financially? People will simply stop bothering.

Both of these statements disregard that there are other monetization methods besides bushes meaning people can be contributing financially without abusing bushes.
Further, Gaijin already does this in the method of vehicle balance. They commonly adjust premium vehicle BR to reduce a vehicle’s efficacy, most recent example being the VIDAR which on release was utterly busted.
There is a presumed latency period for most people that if you buy something early you will be able to abuse it for the most time in its most “overpowered” state. This is a method of FOMO which itself increases sales.
