You really shouldn’t need me to tell you, that it’s much harder for SPAAG’s to hit something 4km away than it is to hit something 2-3km away. This is the absolute extreme limits of range for them. Some SPAAG’s even have shells that self destruct before they travel this far.
Literally all a Mi4 has to do is keep adjusting his collective and course, and he’s very difficult to hit. (Particularly for all those who lack proxy & radar).
BR compression is hell, and I’m not going to dismiss that.
But I do think it’s important to remember that even in the most brutal of uptiers, T54 / IS4 can still engage the things they face, even if that means having to aim for weakspots whilst themselves being reduced to paper.
6.7 tanks meanwhile could do absolutely nothing against a Mi4.
Everything suffers in uptiers, but there’s a very clear line between suffering, and straight up lacking counterplay entirely.

and if the missile is close, its very ez to take down, the bullets of a SPAAG are enough to destroy it at 1km
I think you’re grossly overestimating the capabilities of SPAAG’s that will be in 6.7 players lineups.
Many countries have AA gaps and are forced to bring up AA’s from as low as 5.3, or heck, in Israel’s case 4.3, up into their 6.7 lineups.
Ain’t no way you’re consistently sniping AGM’s with something like a Skink, Zestorer or TCM20.
And even if your aiming hand is guided by god himself, it’s still not changing the fact you can do nothing to actually hurt the Mi4 who can just land, rearm, and start spamming missiles again. He only needs to get lucky once, whereas the AA in this CIWS cope scenario has to get lucky every single time just to stay alive.
Have you used Cool Girl before? It has no zoom, and anything past 1.5km is the size of a pixel. How do you hit helis that are past 2km? the good SPAA at 6.7-7.7 is the Shilka, great zoom, fully stabilized and dish out great shell volume, but its not going to fight it since they are on the same side. M163 is crap that’s why its 7.3 now

i can’t see a thing passed the 2km, so if the missile can be launched at 4km, u need to have the aim of a sniper to hit something at 4km
When have you ever seen a Gepard take down a missile? It’s near impossible for a SPAA without proxy rounds to do this. Especially with the massively off-center guns. Either you have never played SPAA or you are knowingly lying.
PGZ09 is the lowest br one that could manage it but the other day I’ve spam >100 bullets and still failed to detonate that one missile launched by Hunter lol
