Punishment for the Zombers

Anyway, what we can do for now is to continue shooting down as many Zombers as we can.
Most of the time, this will result in some foolish person getting enraged and making comments that are tantamount to TK or hate speech, and by reporting them, we can force them into punishment even if the Zomber’s actions themselves are not a violation of the terms of service.
In fact, I’ve seen notifications many times after every event that people have been punished using this method as a result of my reports, so it’s definitely an effective method.
Now, the question is how to gather as many people as possible to help us.

Punisher dog meme

You’re a bitter power-tripping psycho. If zombers bother you that much, then fly where there are practically none of them — at top-tier BR.

It is a foolish idea to think that if you don’t see or experience something, you can treat it as if it doesn’t exist. It’s like saying you won’t get sick if you don’t go to the doctor.

I don’t understand what you’re talking about. I don’t mind doing some zombing myself, and I’m not particularly interested in your opinion on the matter.

Do you know the difference between zombing and playing the objective?

They’re all arbitrary expressions mostly coined by the players themselves.

How I think the term should be used (a little glossary):

PvE - Player versus Environment:
Describes any action that is targeting not a player but an “artificial” entity (AI vehicles, buildings, bases,…).

PvE gameplay is completely normal and represents actually quite a big part of playing the objectives in WT.

Playing the Objective:
Any gameplay actions that helps towards winning of the match.

This can be direct via game objectives (PvE, e.g. by destroying AI vehicles, buildings, bases,…) or decimating the opposing team’s players (PvP), or indirect by preventing the opposing team being able to complete its game objectives.

Zombing / Zomber:
Gameplay where a player repeatedly attacks a ground target like a mission target or - more commonly - an airfield, and after attacking the target ejects, intentionally crashes or lets himself get shot down, to then immediately be able to spawn again and repeat the process, with the aim of gaining as much mission points / SL / GE in as short a time as possible with as little efforts as possible.

Zombing can actually also be considered “playing the objective”, and is not per se against the rules.

There is however a potential for it to be automated, which is of course then highly forbidden and punished severely, when confirmed.

The phenomenon of Zombing seems to be more prominent during phases where e.g. a lot of players grind for an aircraft event.

zombers are a pain in the *ss but dont bring in the conversasion people that bomb bases with strike aircrafts i dont care about them when i play my su34 and su24 because they leave the bases alone and go always for the airfields ,and sim is a pvp game mode and i dont exept to leave me alone when i bomb ground targets or bases because when i get in a figther i also go for the strike aircraft that go for the airfields or bases the solution is to stop giving so much score for droping just bombs in airfields if it stop be affective as it is now they will go back to realistic
