Well, what are the actual cons vs pros?
And video of the speed? I don’t own it so I cannot test it.
I did add a change in the list for a reload buff.
Pros:
Mobility is still decent even being underpowered (about as fast as the FV4030/3 in battle conditions)
Good armor profile, UFP is ~370mm thick and the LFP is very small. Turret cheeks are comparable to Leopard 2A4.
DM63 is a good shell, since it’s classed as a long rod it spalls more
Because of the shape of the gun mantlet compared to the turret, hull down positions conceal a bit of the turret too. Kinda like the HSTV-L to a far lower degree.
Cons:
Its heavier than the 2A4 but has a weaker engine, and the acceleration is pretty bad.
The armor, while good, is still pretty easily penned by most things. DM13, DM23, DM33 105 all go through even the strongest part of the tank

Well I can definitely see a reload buff being good, I’m not sure decreasing its br is necessary. It has to be played in the right scenarios: hull down.
As a good example, the Krisentema is an very situational vehicle.

The thing is Britain already has a far better hull down sniper at the same BR: the Chally Mk 2. So the only appeal to play it would be to have a pseudo Leopard 2 since you don’t need a sniper. Which it fails at.
But I agree about the BR change not really being necessary, but the reload definitely is. Hell, it could go to 5.0 seconds to bring it in line with the Abrams and to justify the higher BR than the currently better Leopard 2AV

Its fine at 10.3 imo but ive not used it much as you can see on my stats.
I had to make a 10.3 lineup to accomodatw it

It’s not. Lacks tracking for anti air, AP rounds are mediocre against ground targets, I-TOW is ineffective at 10.0 as it is.
thats usually rng and require to be close range, side shot arent quite good either unless its NATO tanks except russian mbts

The begel has very good angled armor that can bounce many different rounds and do funky things, same with the tam.
The begel has proxy, and a high damage 57MM with good pen.
It has a back up ATGMs and great mobility.
This is true, but a skilled shot with the SAP round and it’s HE filled to his optic over pressured the whole KPZ-70
those things arent very armored tho so

I can do the same to a Leo 2, abrams, T-72, etc.
I think the chally is the only immune one from what I remember.
