Oh yes, I understand and war is a terrible thing, even tho we make a game of it here.
My point was more that we have an easy out, the option to not participate here in the game, those poor folks did not . . . and they did what had to be done, regardless . . .
Just seems odd to me that people are so eager to give up here in the game, when the consequences are ever so slight . . . especially compared to . . real life
Very very true, i usually don’t give up but at the end of the day its a game and I feel that people take it way too personal and too serious.
9.3 turns to 10.3 with the 10.3 Russian lineup.
And 10.3 turns to 11.3 with the Fuji spam.
Player speculation which is most likely false. Not a big factor to worry about here. Influence of confirmation bias and unsuitable human psychology (pattern recognition) is to be noted here.
This is a very pessimistic and biased view of the BR system. The correct, standard, and objective definition is:
- Full uptier (your lineup is at lowest BR bracket of match -0, Max match BR +1.0)
- Uptier (min lineup BR -0.3, max +0.7)
- Downtier (min lineup BR -0.7, max +0.3)
- Full downtier (min lineup BR -1.0, max +0.0). As in the image.
This view of “it’s not a downtier unless I am the absolute top BR in the match” encourages unjustified player hate against the BR systeme. Moreover, this weird nonclemature isn’t even the standard system used by WT players. Please refrain from such biased definitions in the future.
To demonstrate how ridiculous this definition is, let’s demonstrate the exact mirror definition, which is equally as correct using your logic. A minimum matchmaking match BR of -1.0 is a downtier. A minimum MM BR of -0.7 is a downtier too. A minimum MM BR of -0.3 is a downtier too (mirror of your logic: since there are lower vehicles, it must be a downtier!!1!11). Only -0 min MM BR is an uptier. This means that 75% of possible matches are downtiers, right? Absolute nonsense.
