[ Poll ] Should India stay in UK tech tree?

Israeli systems, sights, shells (which are still currently used, just in a different designation iirc), radar, etc.

It would make sense for them to go there

Argentina was added as a nation placement (similar to Swiss vehicles in Germany right now) back before Israel was added as an independent tree.

That’s one single weapon, I agree it should not link a vehicle there, in the same way something using TOW missiles shouldn’t go to America by default. Had it been added today, I have a feeling the 2IP & 2C would have gone there given the connection, but the original TAM being in the German tree (and rightfully so) made sense and still does now, and having all the TAMs in one tree also makes sense.

Again, it’s more than just that. It’s Israeli radars on their aircraft (great example is the harrier they had with an Israeli radar, HMS, and Israeli AAMs), SPAA modernizations with Israeli radars, a lot of Israeli weaponry and Israeli FCS configuration for those weaponry, and much more. It’s not just the simple fact they use pythons and derby’s or spikes, it’s deeper than that.

I put as much effort into this as gaijin did into Israeli vehicle diversity

India is way less culturally, economically, and genetically different. Unlike NZ, AUS, or Canada, India already had a large significant native population before colonisation.

One thing that really p1sses me off is when people say it has too much C and P when it has less C and P than China

Totally not Biased at all

Is that seriously the only justification you people come with? “India was colonised” India has mostly Russian, French, Israeli, equipment so it doesn’t make sense from a gameplay perspective to add every vehicle in the game to the UK. It also doesn’t make sense from a cultural perspective because besides cricket, tea (tea came from India and China), and English, Indians are nothing like Brits.

That’s a bit of a generalisation. They both play football, enjoy curries, and hate Pakistan

India is unique enough

more unique than China

Kinda odd thing to say since India is the number 1 non EU migrant population to the UK lol.

India has more unique stuff than China

That doesn’t mean anything that is more because of a difference in wealth

Football isn’t as popular in India and British people do not hate Pakistan as much it’s more diplomatic than nationalist.

Let Britain have good stuff, Britain doesn’t exactly have the best stuff. So what, Britain gets a T-90, MiG 29, Mirage III (which should already be there anyways for South Africa), and Rafale. Italy gets every major good plane: F-16, MiGs, Eurofighter, and Grippen. China gets Mirage, F-16, and Su-27s. Germany gets AIM 120 Phantom, MiGs, and Eurofighter. So obviously copy and paste is not the issue here.

Britain does have good stuff though.

We have the best Typhoon.

The Tornado F3 is awesome these days ( especially if they unnerf it)

and the best mud movers (if they unnerf them)

Also India adds nothing for ground to augment the Challenger 2 (which again would be fine if they unnerfed them)

If you want to play Tonkas, harriers, Jags, Typhoons in air and Centurions, Cheiftains, CR1s and CR2s in ground then play Britain.

if you want to play T-90s, Mig-21, Su-30s, etc, play the soviets

If you want to play the Rafale play France.

Simple.

Israel and India are military partners and closely interact with one another. Israel is India’s second largest partner behind Russia as well.

Israel is also vital to India’s current existence and ensured their victories over Pakistan during those wars.

Best Typhoon, but need I remind you on the rest of Rank VIII, or the Phantoms, or the Harriers, or the Vampire and Venom?
