the f4J(UK) is litterally an air target at 12.0. can you at least lower the BR down a bit?? or maybe give it a couple of aim 9L? i heard from google in real life the british phantom both F4J(UK) and the FG,FGR series has AIM 9 L, if you refuse to lower down the BR can you atleast give some thing good for this premium? i hate when people bully the f4j(uk) on the internet said its litteraly F4 JUNK, but i love every phantoms especially the britain ones, and of course i love you gaijin ;3, please fix this plane gaijin she is really in deep pain i dont want her to suffer 🥺👉👈

FGR2 would become 12.3 and later 12.7 after decompression with AIM-9Ls.
It should stay 12.0 and be an example of what 12.0s are capable of.
F-4J UK should be 11.7 though as it has the bad engines from the F-4S.

FGR.2 does not have the radar or Fox-1s capable of being 12.3. Even with 9Ls it’ll still be weaker than the Tornado F.3 which has SuperTEMPs and 9Ls and the best radar in its BR.

Tornado F3 being under-BR’d is another issue.
If FGR2 gets 9Ls without moving up, then you’re also arguing that Mig-23MLs have to move to 11.3 and F-4J/S have to move to 11.7. Unless you’re arguing for double standards…
FGR2 has a pulse doppler radar with Skyflash missiles.

A PD radar that can barely track targets on the ground and Skyflashes which are just early Sparrows. I would much rather have an Aim-26 Super Falcon over a Skyflash, at least the Super Falcon goes after what my radar has locked.
I actually have a short that shows this, perfect lock on a Mig-23 and the Skyflash tracks my ally that flew across me instead.

For the Mig-23MLs, I haven’t looked at them as to why they’re at the BR they’re at, I’ve shot a good number of them down in my Tornado though. The F-4S is at its BR because it has Aim-7Fs which are much better than the Skyflashes (longer range, better sustained maneuverability and also actually going for what your radar has locked). The F-4J honestly can go back to 11.7. Yeah it can carry 6 Aim-7Fs but its gimped with the Aim-9Gs at such a high BR and honestly you wouldn’t really carry 6 Fox-1s.
The only reason the EJ-Kai sits at 12.3 is not only does it get aim-9Ls, it has Aim-7Fs and the biggest buff of all, not having to take a gunpod. I would accept the Tornado F.3 going up in BR if it gets its flight model fixed. Because yes, having a radar that can do TWS from nearly 90km away is rather insane at 12.0 and makes for guiding missiles much easier.
As someone who spaded the FGR.2, and also the Tornado F.3, I vastly prefer the Tornado F.3 simply because the SuperTEMPs are practically like faster, lower ranged Aim-7Fs and its radar and RWR that give an incredible amount of situational awareness. The same radar on the F.3 Late at 13.0 is also pretty nicely at home, only issue is not having a standard TWS mode and only able to have TWS HDN mode.
Congrats, every F-4 at 12.0 is an RP/SL Piñata, the F4S is, the US F-4J is. They are not because they’re bad planes; it’s because of compression, right now a decrease to 11.7 would fix every issue but that doesn’t fix the grandeur picture, just decompression at 10.0-14.3 need to be fixed.
Max BR is air RB should be about 15.7/16.0 as of right now, with new 5th gen’s incoming, even higher.
(Not even mentioning Gaijin 💩🍑 modeling of sparrows based on the fact the F-4’s radar would get confused when jets flew in tight formation, which is a bad nerf in and of itself and is carried to every plane using them)

Not added for airframe balancing, IMHO the only plane with these that’s decent is the 12.7 F-4EJ KAI which has a F-16 radar and better missiles all around, other is the F-4 ICE at 13.0 with four 120’s and four L/i’s IIRC.
Either way the base airframe and radar isn’t going to do well in the BR bracket.
That easily tracks targets… I’ve had no issues with the PDV modes outside them not having IFF.
The FGR2 Phantom is a much better flight model than the F-4S’s due to its engines.
That’s the reason it’s the same BR as F-4S to begin with.
and then causes a dozen more… most 12.0 jets are worse than the f4s.
I’ve had it lose lock at angles that neither my Tornado nor Bison lose lock on. Has to be one of the easiest radars I’ve had notched/chaffed away. And then there’s the Skyflashes which are just horrendous because they’re just Aim-7Es but with less range.

If you want to say JA37D is better, this would still make F4S 2nd best.
Which 95% of the time is what you have locked. Don’t fire missiles at crowded areas and you won’t have an issue.
No it’s not, 90% of matches are uptiers against F-2 ADTW’s and Su-33’s
