Planned Battle Rating Changes (August 2026)

top CAS (aircraft in ground RB) bracket
13.0 → 14.0
CAS had an increase in top tier to 13.0, to decompress ground RB CAS, however shortly after that update, ground RB was raised to 12.7, which made the original decompression pointless. increaseing it to 14.0 not only allows for more room to move top tier CAS around in BRs, but also allows extremely opressive vehicles (SU30SM2 / AH64E / Z-10ME / MI28NM/ etc.) to be moved to their own BR at 14.0, where its impossible to even reach unless you have a similarly powerful CAS aircraft in your own lineup

There is no PD mode
It does not have pulse dopplar

Thats just June… Its actually higher now its nerfed lol.

Moving vics by stats is iffy at best- 6.7 US line up was one of the best… no need IMO

It doesn’t have to have a pulse doppler mode in-game to be a pulse doppler radar.
MTI also utilizes the doppler effect.

Chinese M36 as well; the one we have in-game isn’t the M36 operated by the ROC (they had the B2), but rather just a base model. It’s incorrect even for the captured PLA M36. Also the M1 KVT, but that’s an obvious example if you want ahistorical.

M26 Pershing

Rationale
The M26 Pershing is in an unfortunate situation where multiple other superior variants of it exist at the same BR, namely the T26E4 or T26E5. Correcting the gun mantlet thickness from 6 inches (152 mm) to 4.5 inches (114 mm) would create a viable weak spot for lower BR vehicles to exploit, enabling the Pershing to be moved back to 6.3 where it would no longer be overshadowed.

M82 (Early) has sufficient filler to overpressure, but at the cost of muzzle velocity and penetration, making it a viable sidegrade shell option.

The M26’s co-driver has redundant controls that would enable him to quickly take over control of the vehicle if the driver is killed. Redundant driver controls are already modeled on a few vehicles, like the AMD.35, AB-41, or Sd.Kfz.234/3. For balance purposes, a more detailed damage model with a driver controls module might be needed.

BR change: none; balance change for select tanks

severely decrease reload times for all APS systems.

current reload time for APS is 45 second if im not mistaken
for reference: the trophy abrams has 3 APS rounds per side, adding up to 6, meaning that assuming a BMPT fires its full ATGM load at a trophy-HV abrams, it would use 4 shells
4 shells over 45 seconds is 3 whole minutes spent reloading shells for the trophy from one singular BMPT salvo

as another reference point lets assume a T-90M arena spends all of its APS from CAS, tanks, any means. it has 13 shells. assuming it spends all 13, and wants to re arm them, it would take just shy of TEN MINUTES sitting on a cap point, not moving. this is absolutely absurd, and is a huge waste of everyones time

reduce the reload time for one singular APS shell down to anywhere from 5-10 seconds per shot. this supports healthy balance and also realism, as reloading APS in most cases is just shoving a charge into the hole.

Pretty funny coming from someone who doesn’t even own it, and has 0 experience playing it.

Especially when you’re looking at a bubble my guy.

Old stats on it kinda don’t help, when it was 5.3

… No man, just no. Anything from the 75mm up can pen the roof frontally quite easily. Genuinely, just go into a match and give it a try its quite easy honestly. Best way to take out a churchill is to shoot it throught the tracks if you have an american 76mm or something and the roof if u have a 75mm. The tracks are inconsistent but its quite doable.

F-106A air realistic 9.3 → 9.0

“waaah my steak is TOO juicy! my steak is TOO buttery! and my wine glass is TOO full!”

what a joke, if you can’t reach the par KDR then git gud.

Seeing as how I was a Russian main, and had tons of hours before getting the 220, and I do poorly in it kinda just shows it’s not as op as you and others like to cry about.

Especially considering I’m a very good player.

Those are monthly stats. Its top 8 by kps which is quite impressive considering it got more / much more battles than top 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 vehicles with t20 being exception. Not as impressive as t20 sitting at top 3 while being publicly available and with 120-140k battles/month but still.

Again by the KPS or KPD logic, then the E100 should be an 8.3 with ease.

Yet it’s not, because like the E-100 the KV-220 is played generally by good players which will influence the stats a bunch.

Type 5 Chi-Ri
jp_type_5_chi_ri

  • 75 mm Reload Speed: 5.0 s → ~3.7 s

  • 37 mm Reload Speed: 4.0 s → 2.9 s

  • Engine Power: 500 hp → 700 hp (Bug Report)

  • Replace Type 4 Kou (APHE) with Type 4 (AP) (Bug Report )

  • Correct missing 37 mm shoulder-stop stabilizer (Bug Report)

jp_type_5_chi_ri
Rationale
When the autoloader was reworked semi-recently, the Chi-Ri received a knee-jerk BR increase despite the fact that its 1st-stage reload was nerfed to the same level as many lower power 75 mm guns (the planned Pz.IV changes would mean it can’t even outreload a tank with an equal power gun at 4.0). This can negate the advantage of its loading mechanism depending on the specific matchup.

At its current BR, a faster firing speed is more warranted. The 37 mm’s reload speed should also be buffed for consistency with the planned Ka-Mi changes.

Correcting the engine performance would also help it perform better at its new BR since it’s huge and can’t rely on armor. It would at least have the mobility to reach safety or take up concealed positions faster.

That is why I mentioned difference in amount of battles.
E100 has 16 times less battles than kv220
Chi ha kai td - 1066 times less
T20 - explained before, 4 times more
Kv1b - 1.28 times less
Kachi - 11 times less
Excelsior - 2.28 times less
T18e2 - 3.55 times less
Underscored vehicles also have lower brs with easier to deal with enemies which also has positive effect on their stats.

Vehicle: Yak-28B
Gamemode: Air Realistic
BR Change: 9.0 ----> 9.3
Reason: The previous battle change should be reverted, with flares and a bomb computer returned to the aircraft. Like many other bombers, it is creeping into irrelevance, even more than before. Still, when it previously had access to flares and a bombing computer, it had its niche as a usable aircraft, capable of some dogfighting and contributing to the team. In contrast, now it cannot even dodge an AIM-9B at full turn, and its bombsight is inaccurate at the speeds and altitudes it is capable of.

No it doesn’t. Most players don’t have access to those. They don’t count when considering lineups.

No. It’s really good at 9.3, bruh.

Let’s not further compress Air RB 8.0-9.0, please.
