The 35mm gun SPAAs have been hit with massive survivability nerfs thanks to the introduction of new tank modules. Most of them have huge FCS modules, if you hit and destroy those, the SPAA can’t fight back.
If you go to low BRs with open-top SPAAs, load HE/HEAT/HESH to kill them with a single shot.
There is no reason to nerf the survivability of these already extremely vulnerable vehicles.

It’s not. Tanks also shouldn’t be able survive APFSDS or APHE penetration.

I can tell you haven’t played a lot against them. In fact, new modules made them more survivable. When new modules just got added my ItPSV took diabolical amout of hits and still managed to drive away and repair.

I’m not opposed to it because the overall goal is to decompress the BR but it is being executed in a terrible way.
This is mainly because of the pantsir. For some reason Gaijin think an A-10C can reasonably compete with a pantsir. Unless they give it storm breakers then it’ll just be swatted out of the sky.
The same can said about helicopters why does the Viper have the same BR as the pantsir despite having defensive and offensive capabilities of a israeli 64A and being 2 BR steps lower?
An aircraft that I think could do fine at the same BR is the F-111F but even you can only rely on surprise attacks as it’s RWR and flight model are terrible.
The whole point decompression is to prevent massive capabilities leap within a single BR bracket but all this BR change does it making it even more compressed.
Even with those it’ll just get bullied
