People will still 1 death leave. The issue was never repair costs

You and I must play a very different game. Getting another tank shouldn’t take more than a week or two.

Hell yeah we sure do. Grinding a top tier clearly doens’t

If you don’t like the match you’re in, leaving is about the only way to communicate that back to the devs. They have said many times they aren’t reading the forums.

I’ll make a deal with the WT gods. I’ll keep a premium account, endure the dumbed down maps, senseless BR changes AND not leave games early IF they finally give all of use who have been asking for years a Ground Forces Only Mode.

As apparently that will never happen, I will keep playing the way I want to. ; )

Just don’t die to air, simple.
Not sure why you’re afraid of enjoying the game.

If you TO kids could stop trying to hijack and derail the thread, that’d be great.

High repair costs, poor rewards, insufferable grinding and hated maps were always the primary factors for ODL amongst the playerbase.

Now that repair costs and rewards have seen an end(for now) to being neutered we still have two more major issues for Gaijin to address; The insufferable grind and insufferable map design. These two issues will take more effort to change in a positive manner, especially in regards to the insufferably poor map designs.

What needs to happen is the complete removal of all in-game maps and replaced with new maps that prevent; spawn-sniping, constant CQB, 3 lane nonsense like WoT, unfair terrain advantage for 1 side and a method to prevent spawn invasion and/or end or deter spawn camping. It’s moreorless a Herculean task for Gaijin, but it is absolutely vital.

idk what makes you so angry but CAS always was one of the major issues you can read that in the old and new forums

Even if my team spawned 3 times each instead of 2 like they did it still not worth respawning roflmao

even if 8 people remained on my team it still would not be worth it.

eventually you get good enough you can see these games coming within first 3 minutes and plan your positioning and tactics accordingly, and prepare to exit if cannot survive

Actually it shows how weak the younger generation is, give up and quit everything handed to them, Tell me when I’m telling lies.

7 out of every 10 games for me.

I don’t see how your comment has any relevance to my statement, so do elaborate.

After 10 years i finally deleted the game.
Community has ruined the game i love.
Keep arguing everyone.
With the way this community is, the demands they make, the reluctance to question themselves and their methods and the desire to blame the devs and game has got us where we are now.
Enjoy your arcade shooter. adios.

Bye. The game has been an arcade shooter for a long time, since you have postwar and cold war tech fighting ww2. Leopard 1 is 7.3, but Maus is 7.7, wtf. The Maus is fighting helicopters, sabot, apdfds, and that’s balanced according to gaijin

1DL was absolutely foreign to me when it started, years ago. I would frequently be having a good round only to get outnumbered and die, then see that half my team or so was already gone. I actually complained that those were my least fun rounds, as getting badly outnumbered sucked. Then, people started typing about 1DL and I caught up with what was happening.

It was only after I tried joining them that I saw I could stay with this game a bit longer.

It’s true, so far as I know, that nobody is fielding the Maus tank anywhere. Other WWII tanks have continued in service even to this day. T34s survived the war in great numbers, and keep getting bought and sold and used. The situation with BRs mixing old and new can be a pain, but it’s more that WWII tanks continue to get used by smaller countries, not time-traveling new stuff going back to WWII.

Bye, enjoy your arcade games.
I’ll continue enjoying the best sim on the market.

just relaying what i see in game chat

What do you mean?

The Maus was turned into an “obtain sometimes” because it was impossible to balance. We know it can’t be balanced. Move every vehicle up to make the Maus work and you have a completely messed up game.

To “balance” in the early days they had to make up 3 fake vehicles! So it never worked with a nation that was battered in WWII to be kept competitive in the way the game works.

It is not an historic matchup game as it is nowhere near realistic enough to make a game out of it.

The arcade nature is purely how people approach the game.

Yolo Bang Bang or play tactically with thought and try to win with your team. The majority pick the first one and here we are.
