Knots for speed just feel more natural for me

I’m from mainland Europe (East) and my everyday language is metric. However, with the new Gripen interior interface, I’ll have to get used to imperial units. Although, in my opinion, they are insanely outdated.

Martels are gunna need some work I think. I’ll wait till live and see if they get further polished. They seem to not have any kinda of loft programmed into them and when fired at low alt at a naval target will just slam into the sea. They also have a tendency to still miss the naval target by flying too high when you do drop them from a higher alt 300ft launch vs 10km and it just hits the water despite the motor still burning [AJ168 Martels Crashing into Sea] Martel missing naval…

It is usually a safe bet to assume there’s an bug report on a minor nation thing not working proper. Usually also safe to assume that it is “not a bug” or the devs told the person reporting it to go screw themself.

I understand what they mean, but at the same time, the entire guidance method for the Martel is technically a work of fiction. Giving it a 2000ft loft, especially when fired below 2000ft in alt seems like the minimum they can do

I guess its just the low pop count of 12.3s and thus a lower priority.

But why? There are currently 10 planes with a BR of 12.3 in the game, including one premium. For 12.7, there are only 7.

I reviewed what we will face at 12.7, its mostly going to be Yak-141s and Mig-29s. Gunna be annoying to deal with, but their radars arent great, so you should be able to sneak past more often than not.

In my experience, the current 12.7 in Sim EC is all about MiGs and Yaks. They just don’t let you fly peacefully, and they always have a numerical advantage, for obvious reasons.

If Id hazard a guess. the 11.3-12.3 bracket we’d want would be rotation 3, that would mean a 12.7-13.7 bracket, which should be fine, but I guess for some reason they’d prefer 2x 13.0 brackets and no 12.3 bracket due to the more extreme difference in performance between many 13.0s and 13.7s?

But yeah, its wierd and annoying.

As far as I’ve heard, the Su-24 radar, on the other hand, is capable of targeting optics and weapons at ground vehicles tracked by the radar. How are the Buccaneers and Tornados doing? Oh, well, that’s just Britain, so why?
As with the PGM. Only when the white master (don’t hit me with a ban hammer, it’s not a racist, it’s dumb sarcastic joke) got a long weapon, then we, simple kholops, were allowed to have the same long weapon. Because the coolest toys should be in major TTs. Minors - just nice niceties, like MFD in Gripen or RWR Tornado F.3. In this patch, minor Israel was supposed to get a cool toy. But we all see what happened.

Unless it has changed, Su 24’s radar is pretty shoddy. It doesn’t track ground targets, only searches them. Give me a second to confirm this on dev
