@Unl3ashed20 @MS_Phantasm this has nothing to do with gameplay or hollywood, the 3 nations are just wayyy bigger and have bigger funds and bigger developments, this allows them to develop multiple aircraft and often specialised aircraft at their job then multirole ones. The bigger funds just make them the biggest developers.
Gameplay wise they will just stay more intresting then france as well, because they have more different possible additions that play differently and give a taste for everything.
I am not necesarily speaking of quality, but are you guys saying that france develops as much as US/RUS (ignoring recent embargos) and China?

Depend the pov. Personally i just think this gonna make these country infernal in term of grind, time and money, when with one variations of one plane you can do anything, this could bring some people too, who know.

And War Thunder is losing it more and more with all this US and Russian copying and pasting, and it’s only going to get worse in the future… EXCEPT for the nations that can survive without it, and only the nations that have something to offer of their own and that can compete with the others, for me that still means some know-how in aircraft. And that’s where i think saying France is not interesting is false.
Between all the country using US and RU tech, outside China too, almost everybody else gonna use techs from them.
Except some rare and original gems, like the EF (wich gonna be somewhat (slight differences) also a copy past for 3 countries), and the Rafale (unique to France, if Gaijin don’t do some heretic move like Indian Rafale to UK).

I guess new fighter aircraft from french navy located after F-8E(FN) might be F-8P in rank VII & Rafale M LF.1 at rank VIII or early rank IX
And new multirole strike aircraft maybe Mirage 2000D-R2 or R2.2 under Mirage 2000D-R1

With all the French jet available now in that era/br range, we don’t need something like that.
Next jet i hope right now is Mirage 4000, at best before fox3. Then for waiting the times the first Rafales gonna be ready for the game, more advanced 2000s (and a GOOD premium one ! Because for now the choices from Gaijin for French jet premium always go toward the worst choice possible…)
Last year dev add 3 Mirage F1 in rank 7 & Mirage 2000C, and this year add 2 Mirage 2000 but gajin not add new fighter aircraft from french navy in researchable tech tree after F-8E (FN) for 2 years
I might expect gajin consider new fighter aircraft toptier rank 8 from french navy this year or Q1 2024 but unsure could add F-8P or Rafale M LF.1

Well the problem is the way they have made French line, because they recently added a French navy plane, the Super Etendard.
And saddly, Rafales (as well as EF) are confirmed not for a while

the “big three” notion only refers to the number of player each nation has, not what potential additions each nation could get. If we go that way, germany doesn’t have its place in the big 3s anymore (except for ground, i can give you that)

i’d argue france is specialized in wheeled vehicules. Light tanks are always quite decent.

Actually Super Etendard modernise standard 3 (SEM 3) new french navy aircraft but it’s strike aircraft, new fighter aircraft from french navy after F-8E (FN) maybe F-8P but can’t equivalent some 3rd generation fighter aircraft 10.7 ~ 11.3 BR
I quite believe that new Multirole strike aircraft toptier rank 8 after Mirage 2000D-R1 might be Mirage 2000D-R2 or R2.2
