Those seem to be given to the Japanese post the first movie, and 1950 is perfectly fine for them to have Skyraiders, considering they were first used in 1946. And with the war also ending in the movie universe like irl, it wouldn’t be too surprising for the US to give them stuff like Skyraiders.
