Yes
Melted butter, added flour, and fried. Then added the liquid and sour cream, salt, pepper and mustard.
Beef tenderloin is sliced, salted, breaded in flour, fry until crust in a pan. Stewed tenderloin in sauce 10-15 min.
Done.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
