What could you possibly need that much protein for, that pudding cannot possibly store for long without turning to a weird consistency.

Context?

To become the protein man

(My fault just realized that I said smt bad)

Aberdeen, UK vs Aberdeen, USA

optimal protein consumption is around 1g/lb body weight (can do lean muscle mass)
Shooting for 150-200 grams of protein a day is highly optimal for building muscle.

I have a strange feeling. Like, something was just deleted right in front of my eyes.

I had nothing to do with this ))))

I’m glad your gut and presumably anyone in the gas zone survived.

Imagine consuming 200g of protein per day.
Let me guess, a dozen eggs for breakfast, 250-300g of lean chicken + rice for lunch, some oatmeal with frozen berries for dinner and 2 protein shakes during the day ?
Feels nice being locked in on 5 same meals for the foreseeable future.

I lift a lot, that’s not really what I’m referring to lol

You asked why they would need that much protein, and I answered it for you.
You should know this if you lift a lot.

You ignored the second part of the statement, I know why they’d need that much protein. However there’s no WAY that stores well meaning you need to eat it all fast. Which circles back to my original statement, unless he’s hitting his protein goal through pudding 😂
