Why is it that most games on Advance to the Rhine are complete blowouts that are done in literally two minutes ?
Whole team spawned for A, camped around buildings without even trying to cap A and left 95% of the map empty.

What’s worse, is that it’s one of the best and most dynamic/back and forth maps in the whole game, yet it’s ruined because of “muh brawling”.

Out of curiosity: do you know how many kills that guy had in the corner over there? He seems like he’s either clutching half the game or scrolling on his phone.

Rewatched “Isle of Dogs” this night. It’s such a good movie, I honestly don’t understand why it was never talked about back in 2018, it’s so underrated.

Yeah it’s a pretty solid map when teams are playing it correctly, but too many teams go to the left of A and camp the same old corridor.

What could you possibly need that much protein for, that pudding cannot possibly store for long without turning to a weird consistency.

optimal protein consumption is around 1g/lb body weight (can do lean muscle mass)
Shooting for 150-200 grams of protein a day is highly optimal for building muscle.
