Fast firing apsfsds, regardless shouldn’t be the same BR as the RCV without therms, stabilizer, or Lrf, or the 9030.
Ill take fast fire rate over slow 30mm anyday. Thankfully the bmps have a good fire rate and missiles. Realistically all the 9.x bmps should move up, anyone who has played them and other 9.x light tanks would probably agree.
The RAH-66 Comanche would be AMAZING! I do not even play helicopters, (yet), but this would definitely get me there.
A better helicopter focused mode would not hurt either ;)

its the PL-01, a Polish (medium?) tank project based on the cv90, was sadly cancelled. Im not sure if one was built or if it was just a mockup
They prototyped just 1 from what I recall.

A lot of people don’t want it because it was only ever built as a mockup, but I still think it would be neat if we could find the proposed stats of the armor and cannon.
Give Finnish Leopard 2s the M339 HE-MP-T shell, it has 3 modes Point Detonation Delay, Point Detonation and Air Burst, would be useful.
Iirc Swedish Leo 2s should also have it.
