well yea, it originated in France ~ offered to Germany with French H-90 turret
Germany later asks Rheinmetall to comes up with a diff turret.
There were also two guns, French and Belgian. German turret went with Belgian Mecar gun coz France didn’t allow license to their gun without the turret.
In WT context : both French 90 mm D921 and Belgian 90mm’s primary shell, the HEATFS had same pen of 320mm. But the Belgian gun had inferior muzzle velocity and range. The HE round of Mecar had roughly half of the muzzle velocity of the French one. So shell ‘lobbing’ would be more required for the German variant.

NZ M41 for UK

(there’s also a SADF version)

Honestly? I’d rather not see the Brits get the Chaffee. At least not for a long while.

Plenty of British homemade tanks left to add before we commit to C&P again.

Don’t encourage Gaijin.

T-1 amphibious tank was completed a month or two back, the prototype has simply not been revealed yet.

I would like to address a serious issue within the US TT. Currently, the US has no dedicated missile launchers in the TT. This is a serious issue because the US quite literally made the TOW system. The only other nations that don’t have a dedicated TOW system are Russia, Britain, Japan, and france. I would like to see this issue fixed, so here are some options.

And here are some photos of a US M113 armed with a TOW launcher (plus a size comparison of the M113, M151, and M274).

Funny isn’t it? 3 nations have an M113A1 (TOW), yet the nation that produced them (and operated in some capacity) doesn’t have it?

And since the US lacks any sort of dedicated missile system in its TT, here are some options which aren’t TOW’s.

LOSAT HMMWV

LOSAT HMMWV would be more of a gimmick (like the LOSAT) and therefore be an event vehicle, but the Ground Launched Hellfire (GLH) series of vehicles should realistically be TT.

M901

is VT4B

No.

I don’t count squadron vehicles, because they take far longer to acquire than any TT vehicles. The message you quoted was also in regards to the M113A1 (TOW) specifically, M901 is not that.

It’s kinda ugly being round for the turret, especially compared to a good deal of their other turrets they’ve made being very angular

So recently i came across 2 anti air systems that were tested by the United States. The Liberty 1 and the Shanin. Unfortunately i have very little information on them outside the fact the US tested both, and the Liberty came about after the Shanin was tested and i know both use the Crotale missile, and that the Liberty competed agsinst the ADATS. It think it would be neat if the Shanin was added to both the US and France and if the US got the Liberty

PTH?

Ye, it’s more rounded even with the slight flat inclined parts.
