The fact its a tested vehicle doesnt automatically mean its going to be a premium. We have lots of paper and prototypes in TT’s.

Cheers. Do you know why the finnish vehicles that previously were obtainable under the German nation wasnt added to the Swedes when the Finnish tree was introduced? Not only the KV1, but also the Hawk

Because a prototype is something that nation built so of course it makes sense to be TT.
But a tested vehicle was neither built nor modified by the nation getting it. So it makes the most sense as an event and it was a limited-use vehicle in the tree getting it. So it should be limited-use in WT.

Often it depends on the type of event they were obtained in and also the choices available for others. Merkavas are very hard to avoid when introducing Israel :)

There is a difference between testing though. You can test a vehicle because you want to buy/produce it for use in your army or you want to see how certain things/systems function for possible future projects. Which is somewhat fine for TT.

This one is just “oh hey we’ll test our weapons on it, see how good our stuff is”.

Yes and no. It is half done so no, but it is Swedish so it could slide in, even to the tech tree.
Whilst the centauro lancia with both the proposal and the two parts(M113 ADATS turret, B1 centauro hull) are still not even close to planned.

The performance indicators of the 2S38 correspond to the average value at its rank, without being low or high. However like many other lightly armored vehicles, the 2S38 has significant empty areas behind the turret and hull, where hits here can create situations with insufficient or no damage to critical modules. The 2S38 will be one of the first vehicles to receive additional internal detail . Others will follow too, as we’ll improve the layout of internal modules, add some new modules and revise old ones in particular in the turret and turret compartment.
