Yes but in the files it is 16km for an rcs of 3, and all air targets ingame appear to have an rcs larger than 3 unless perhaps a drone, stealth like F-117, and etc,
But the files state that the seeker turns on at 20km away, and nothing is stopping it from locking onto an aircraft at 20km instantly.
For aircraft? No, rcs isn’t specifically defined for each aircraft, it seems to be based on some formula of their own geometry/surface area but that’s speculation.
It does seem to be known though what the rcs values of air to air missiles are on average, and only because the Eurofighter’s radar based maws was configured to pick up missile rcs at a certain range (0.045m^2 at 9.2km)
They did say they might do it but seems like the main reason is because of Enlisted. In which case Gaijin when WW1 infantry seeing as not being in Enlisted is a factor of it?
Personally i think it looks alright so far (just the gameplay) obviously we havent seen the economy, modifications etc. But gameplay wise its alright not special tho. Tho the devs seem open about how it will mold in the future we’ll see i gusss…
If it doesn’t start in WW2 it doesn’t interest me, clearly they’re running out of idea’s because they want to stick to modern warfare, It’s not a coincidence we’re getting a Korean independant tree and infantry starting at the Korean war, someone clearly loves that era in the planning department or dev’s.
Yeah this could make or break the mode for a lot of people. If we have to stock grind weapons and it take as long as the current stock grinds or need 400k RP for each gun then it’s going to kill it.
Eh, that’s a half cap reason to leave out WW2. Yes we do have Enlisted for WW2 but we also got Battlefield for peeps who want to play infantry. It’s a non reason
The main gripe I have with it from what I saw (I only watched the last bit of the stream) is that for me an FPS game and the WT spawn point style system just don’t go well together.
If I look at FPS games that I enjoy like some of the CODs, Battlefield, Hell Let Lose etc the thing I like the most is that the games can last long and you can spawn as many times as you want in them (also leave whenever you want).
If they keep the spawn point system for the infantry units (I’m fine with having SP for vehicles) I’m not sure I’ll even bother touching it.
