Legal terms or not keeping infantry modern will just kill the mode before it starts since other people will just play other games like WT infantry mode.
You can’t copyright a war. The only issues that could come up are if Gaijin use EA assets. But clearly they won’t.
I’m talking the legal aspect between Gajin and Enlisted as Gajin Published Enlisted but it is developed by a different company

I hope we get vietnam gameplay thats not terrible. Seems like no one makes good vietnam games. I don’t have much hope for hell let loose either.
War Thunder could do Nam right and give rising storm a run for its money
Need a proper interface for the mode and not just a hidden mode like the sim.
It’s still owned by Gaijin. Enlisted assets are Gaijin assets. They can do with them what they please with any of their dev teams.
We could get the T-90 in Crossout for all it’s worth so long as they could get the model to work.
Would be different if one wasn’t owned by Gaijin, but it’s not.

Honestly rising storm was such a let down for me personally. The fidelity just wasn’t there. If war thunder plays its cards right, it could be far better.

I say it depends. I’m a fan of the way arma reforger’s vietnam mod and squad handle things. They both give you a faily minimal hud, but give you maps and such to navigate around with.
It was alright for the time ARMA 3 SOG was amazing
I dont think t-34 and m26 are so called modern Korean tanks.
