it is a general electric F404 engine. and without it it wouldnt even make it out of the hangar. it is completely dependent on the engine for everything. as such, should go to US :P

it has 4 of the worst toptier fox3s and no irccm Fox2s, viggen atleast has more CMs and atleast decent fox3s.
12,7 would not be undertiered, not in the slightest
How is it worse than the Aim-120 carrying harriers? How is it 0.3 better than a Mig-21bison, or equivalent to a Mig-29? Should it really be facing a Mig-23MLA or Tornado IDS?
It has good flight performance, and 4 alright missiles, don’t move it down because of compression, because that just makes it worse.
It can carry 4 Fox 3 missiles and combined with it’s good 13.0 flight performance and pretty much the best radar in the game that makes it a very good 13.0 aircraft.
It’s very comparable to the J-8F, it sacrifices 2 missiles overall to get 2 extra Fox 3 missiles, and a much better radar
It’s closest comparison at 12.7 would be the Yak-141, which has a worse FM, worse radar, and worse missiles
There is also the fact that the only Fox 3 below 13.0 is the AIM-54 and its equivalents and they are deservedly that low, as much as the Derby is one of the worse medium range Fox 3s it is still a world better than those missiles
There is no world where this is a 12.7 vehicle, there is however a world in which it gets moved up to 13.3 as it would likely fare pretty well against those aircraft, though I wouldn’t personally advocate for it

Because it is better than the FA2 which is also at 13.0.
Those should have been either 12.3 or with dutch one 12.7, no where near 12.7 deserved.
Still the thing is much better than even the F16 with AIM7 considering it isn’t that good of a SARH, and very comparable to 13.0s like J8F, very much an equivalent.
12.3 is crazy for F16A. 12.7 is fine for them, the issue is that most of the 13.0’s should be 13.3.
Most of the phantoms are at 12.0 with the same aim7f or worse (depending on the nation), worse radar, worse IR missiles, worse RWR. Hell stuff like the F1C with its 4 way RWR is fighting shit like F14’s.
We dont need compression here, if anything the F16A’s should be 13.0 and the current 13.0 should be 13.3-13.7.

The C.10 is stronger than a good amount of 13.0s and on par with a few others, it more than belongs there.
I mean the AIM9L only F16s. They have no business being higher than things like Mirage CS5
But when they had to put in the Fakour 90 and break the target of all the planes, I never saw them taking precautions
Mirage 2000 C S4/5 have one major downside and that’s their missike count
2IR + 2 Radar just aint enough for the BR
we could easily have another full increase of one or two steps like we had when ARH was first introduced
But 6 AIM9L wouldn’t help either especially not for a BR higher, I personally would trade 6 9Ls for 2 530s and 2 Magic 2s. (mostly thinking magic 2s) and 530s can hit some targets not aware despite its chaff prone nature. Also I just hate the F16 FM for no reason, kinda over expected it to be good.
Nah the Mirage 2000 is undertiered at the moment, 2 good SARH plus 2 IRCCM missiles is a damn good kit for 12.3, it is a better missile kit than most 12.7s on a flight model that is perfectly good for that BR.
Otherwise, the F-16Cs should be lowered to 13.3 given their own lack of missiles compared to most other jets at 13.7
I dont know, 2 Fox 1 + 2 IR is better than 6 9L imo.
I use only 4 missiles on my F-20 and that is 12.7 too.

I know which ones you mean. CS5 is probably too low BR aswell, making the F16A (one of the best FM in the game mind you) that same BR is still crazy.
But you could also flip this around, why is the 2000D RMV the same BR as the F16A, it has no 530’s, its heavier than the CS5, it has to carry a gun pod yet its higher than the CS5? it makes no sense.
Making the F16A lower BR just makes the problem worse.
Edit: Forgot to mention that if you are using the F16A instead of the ADF and then complaining its worse for ARB, thats kinda the point. Same way the 2000DR1 is worse than the CS5 even though they are the same BR (and those two are much further apart in capabilities)
