With 118 pen it could be barely enough for rank 3. All are half-tracks though and slow.

The K.Gr. Rot Pz would has more penetration than russian 7,62 cm guns and 7,5 cm M3, high filler, also for more angled pen you still have HEAT rounds with 57mm/60°
Sluggish, yeah maybe, tho for my taste enove, and a relatively good top speed.

Yeah maybe it’s enough. Though heat really lacks in post pen. With good acceleration and high fire rate it could be a decent vehicle.
Dont know if half tracks have bonuses from both wheels and tracks but at least it doesnt get stuck on hills like wheeled tanks
Yes, but that is not enove for the suggestion, because the chassis was in use for 4 series of vehicles, and the gun wasnt only for the vehicle.
Half tracks are favoured in game and act more in the direction of tracks. How good the accelleration is, it will be slightly better (i think) than the in game Sd.Kfz.6/2. And the advantage of slightly better driving controll for turning and such.
And i dont have problems with the Gr.38 Hl/C, i dont know how it is at the Top tiers, but against Shermans and T-34, the Gr.38 works quite good, duo to their open construction. If not the K.Gr.Rot Pz will do short work anyway.

As we say Ukraine in any form would cause so many issues however if it were slotted in with Poland as a sub then it may work

Why US?
I mean, I personally believe Ukraine should be left out of War Thunder for the most part, potentially a couple of vehicles here or there but never a subtree or anything like that.
But what connection does a Storm Shadow armed Ukrainian SU-24 have to the US?

i think even the current F-15E could have it, iirc flight testing only started 2012 for APG-82v1 but already in 2012 they had dropped GBU-53 from F-15E sucessfully.
I’m pretty sure an F-15E can carry LJDAM, there is a picture of F-15E on Boeing fact sheet about LJDAM.
EPAWSS (AN/ALQ-250) is the new ECM system for strike eagles and F-15EX. gives a much better RWR, jamming, and goes from 240 CM to 360CM since it frees up space.
