Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

even better sense, USA, China, Russia, France, and Germany get no sub-tech tree as they already have more than enough vehicles to fill 6 lines packed.

Switzerland gets its own tech tree as it has over 250 vehicles to offer, Germany can get the F/A18B, F-15, and F-20 as they tested it in the 80s, and they will get 5 variants of the Typhoon as well as the F-35 so i do not see why they need Switzerland at all…
Poland gets in the head of a tech with other Visegrad nations,
Japan gets Thailand as a sub-tree which gives it a bunch of F-16, F-5, and Grippen, as well as a bunch of tanks for the late ranks such as the M-84, M60, and VT-4 which is adding meat where Japan has little to offer, so it’s perfect (even if it’s mostly copy-paste)
South Africa gets its tech tree, UK gets a new line-up replacing the missing South African vehicles, but do not worry, they have plenty of choices on their own.
Hungary moved to Poland as a sub-tree, and Italy got some new vehicles to replace them, do not worry, they have a lot of choices,
Benelux gets his own tech tree, the few vehicles in the French tech tree are replaced by actual vehicles used by France, and they get a ton of choices…

and we stop adding sub-trees everywhere without need.

because if half of this leak is true, i will just stop playing the game at all. it kind of kills the taste you get in every nation. i would see no point in playing any nation if they are all a bit the same without restriction and that is pretty much what happens when you add 4-5 nations that have nothing in common and no real military development as sub-tree.

can’t agree more. if things like leopard or T-72/90 spread everywhere, TT’s identity will be wiped.

Honestly, I’d be fine with that if Italy could get a comparable tank to the 2A7HU as a replacement. A Romanian Sub TT would also be neat to address some of Italy’s glaring gaps. There’s also the issue of the Hungarian Tiger and Italy’s lack of a Heavy Tank though I suppose it would be easy enough to just reskin the Hungarian Tiger

The Leopard 2 spam is unavoidable, to be fair, as it is one of the most popular export tanks. After all why waste millions to develop your own tank when you can buy one off the shelf

Yep. Only 2 areas SA is “helpful” for Britain

  1. Top tier fighter. Though greatly mitigated these days by the F3 AOP and FA2 and fingers crossed Typhoon ASAP
  2. Super-sonic fighter for around 10.7-11.3 (like the Cheetah or Mirage III) but this could be mitigated by buffing the SHars greatly and adding a well equipped (and maybe slightly under BRed) Hawk

Outside of that, every single SA thing could be replaced by a British equivalent with ease

this will not “replace” swiss F/A-18C tough? none of them ever carried ARH so they will be at most a 13.0 plane, and will not solve germany need of top tier aircraft as even with the addition of those 3 aircraft, germany top will still be ICE until EFT arrived

Personally, I’d like to see it come out as a United Korea standalone Tech tree like the suggestion in this link

due to the recent leak, I personally think that from now to December will be quite turbulent months, with a lot of uncertainty and concerning, atleast i’m feeling in that way honestly

So long as they dont go back on their word for new top tier BBs. It should be fine ish. Though I can see a major dry spell for many minor nations for air and maybe also ground over the coming few months

T-72/90 too, but in many cases in game, it still can be avoided. it can be added not mean it should.
what’s the purpose of adding a L2A6 in SW when there are STRV122s? or add India T-90S when still have more UK choices

the real reason of unavoidable spam is gaijin’s work can’t match player’s demand, so gaijin add C&P instead

With this amount of drama i’m surprised there is no R&R part 2 yet.
The leak is interesting but it’s funny that now we know gaijin’s future plans but still have no idea what will come in autumn update.
Also good morning.

Wouldnt be far off, but they were fairly actively purging the thread

they are getting the new Ariete and a new KF 51 is in development with 60% of the part built in Italy, they also ordered new KF41.

So they purged 50% of drama just like they wanted to purge 50% of silver gains. (That sounded way better in my head)

to be honest, those talking about it in a reasonable manner weren’t “censored” but they were keeping ontop of foul language and people talking about posts being deleted.

I dont think I had a single comment deleted but was talking about it quite a bit.

Unlike normal, they were fairly willing to let the criticism flow.

Oh, that’s good then.

Why does Germany have to get a strong line at every BR? There is a line-up issue for every nation, not only Germany. we have to deal with it. but Germany will soon get the Typhoon. to my own prediction, it would be early in 2025. and Germany can get 5 main variants of it and many sub-variants. so why does it need the Swiss F18 if 3-4 months later it would not be needed anymore as the top ranks will be pushed further up again?

Germany absolutely do not need Switzerland. and Switzerland do not need Germany.

because german suffers

every single nation suffers somewhere, Germany is probably the nation that suffers the least and cry the loudest about it. It has the most interesting line-up. all it needs is light vehicles to field with the Tigers and it would be fine everywhere.

the Nation that suffer the most is Japan, and we never hear them crying.

Unless you show them a picture of the F-2. Then you hear the odd whimper :P

Right @Nagisei ? :P

Should really be added ASAP though

Japan having giant BR gaps happy after Gajin added something new to the line (now sad because ASEAN goes to China)
