Not really, if its as awful to fly as the current gripen it will be yet another missile bus, it needs its EWS since thats literally the main feature of the vehicle. Again its like the F14 not getting ARH and playing in the current meta, additionally gripen E would just mean the TT is dead as a whole. Theres nothing aside from the E so gaijin will either leave the tree with nothing aside from a f18 which will either be meh and sit at 13.7 or maybe it might be good and be 14.0 again its just a bad time to waste effort playing sweden as a whole imo. Id rather see Danish and Norwegian vehicles added, then id have an excuse to play another draken or a CF-104

an early Gripen E just to bring the radar up and make the weapons kit better would be fine, they’d still have to add a later variant with IRIS-T and Meteors, but no matter how you look at it Sweden is nearly done, might as well make them as competitive as possible in the meantime
Again the gripen could be fixed if gaijin didn’t mess the gripen up entirely. All gripens rn are entirely fictional.
SAAF gripen has MS20 upgrades that allow is to use GBU-39 while irl they have yet to go past their MS19 order since they lack money.
Everyone else is using MS20 aside from them. MS20 brings in PS0/5A MK.IV radar, meteor, and GBU-39 alongside other upgrades. Rn all gripens use Gripen A’s or MS17 radar with MS18 armament. MS19 adds IRIS-T and other avionics. Again Smin has stated gaijin sees all gripens C’s as just C’s instead of by their MS. Honestly gaijin ruined the gripen so that they could copy and paste it, realistically its one of the most silly choices ive seen in a while to just deny MS as a system as a whole.
Why ruin the TT even more by adding a worthless gripen E when the C can actually be made useful, again this is the type of thinking that makes the TT worthless as a whole.

Well for a lot of the ones I see, e.g. this one Z 10 rockette pod “Fs 70x19 pod” + “Fs 70 A and B” // Gaijin.net // Issues, the mod asked for more specific sources yet closed the issue, I get it that a new one can be created but having a info requested is much more helpful.
I mean aside from the radar, weapons are just a balance issue, so there’s nothing actually wrong with their loadouts, and now that AESA is an option they may well update the radar

You need official sources, you have a lot of 2nd hand sources and not first. Actual documents from the manufacturer or the military would be what you need.

If SAAF players actually spent 5 minutes looking into what they have instead of assuming they had an MS20 it would be a godsend unfortunately thats too late since gaijin gave britain the C first so thats the defacto post most players use which is what caused most problems.
Simply none available for a 2011 heli and a 2020 rocket. This is the issue, Gaijin shouldn’t refuse to accept direct evidence of very modern vehicles having corrections or additions, these pictures provided are good enough to proof that they are indeed mounted and fired. Otherwise, I don’t see how when newer vehicles will be fixed. Up to this point Z10 still has a 1970s RWR and neglected equipment, when clear evidence are provided against it. Gaijin does need some consistency with the need of sources, but this isn’t some internal unseeable change, it is external and very obvious, so Gaijin should at least consider this as an addition.
I mean the SAAF Gripen never used the R-Darter IIRC.
The issue is that at the time Britain really needed an aircraft for top tier so the SAAF Gripen was botched to fit the gap, it’s not necessarily any worse than the F-16AJ

I hate to break it to you but anytime i mention MS to gaijin they deny the post considering theyve been feed so much misinformation from the SAAF post that MS isnt even something they wqnt to learn about. It sucks considering the swedish players were busy bug reporting the Gripen A instead of fixing the fires on the SAAF post…
Honestly if britain getting a gripen would then warrant nerfing the only vehicle for sweden then gaijin shouldn’t have added the Gripen C to britain at the same time as the A. Because of SAAF the C gets to be all sorts of messed up. Gaijin should’ve added the A when the F16C came out
Again the C should’ve been added when sweden got it considering 99% of the brits had no idea what they were bug reporting and the state of the gripen shows…
