That is subjective. Both have tonnes of options across the board. I’m on the side of Yugoslavia because of things like the Lazar 3P and HARPAS, however South Korea does have a lot of interesting things as well.

Semantically speaking, there is no guarantee in that sentence that * every * nation will get a Fox-3 capable plane, or Fox-3 missile. The nations that will be getting one will be getting them at the same time as the rest.
