New SP Costs for Aircraft Not Working as Intended

The new SP costs for aircraft–namely that it now consists of one aircraft armed with suspended load or guns penetrating 40+mm, and one armed with only MG/Cannon under 40mm penetration–do NOT work and should be reverted. Instead of the old way with one fighter and one strike/bomber, we now have people spawning one fighter with bombs, one fighter with cannons for top-attack. Lacking the big planes means the small ones are harder to kill and very annoying. On top of these, any aircraft unfortunate enough to have a Default belt with even one AP round now has a full 700+ SP costs… so naturally CAS spammers just spawn even more light tanks to compensate. There is also zero incentive to spawn the lower-performing Default belts now that they cost the same amount as the full AP belts.

I propose the rightful solution as reverting the SP cost changes and instead forcing ALL aircraft to spawn on the airfield, NO airspawns. This will punish planes with excessive bomb loads and slow down revenge-kills, which still happen after the new changes with irritating frequency.
