New BR changes

11.7 is the new BR. It was added literally this year with no new vehicles.
Dude, here’s even a screenshot of M1A2 SEP being 11.0.

We’re talking about this current update, not whenever this happened, this update compressed things.

Nothing was compressed.
Is 11.7 the same BR as 11.0? Or 11.3?
Did ANY vehicle go up by BR 1.0? [compression]
Answer is no.
Did a significant amount go up in BR by more than 0.3?
No, few did.
It’s decompression.
I have all the evidence, you have none.

Evidence that once upon a time we got BR 11.7?
Vehicles got moved up and are now facing vehicles that they weren’t before, that is compression.
They didn’t expand the BRs, there is no decompression.

Nope, they’re facing vehicles they were facing previously.
And those vehicles aren’t facing vehicles they were facing previously in both directions.
That’s decompression.

There is no evidence of a single vehicle facing another they weren’t previously.

T-54/Leo1 vs XM-803? There you go

How is there no evidence lmao? Not a single vehicle at 10.3 got touched, whilst over 2 dozen vehicles got moved into 9.3, now facing those 10.3 vehicles.

XM-803, a tank worse than a Leopard 1A5, oh no!

@Miragen
What 10.3s?
You mean Abrams with the worst round at 10.3? That was 10.0 & 9.0s were facing it.
T-80B? It was 10.0, no compression.
Challenger Mk3? It was 10.0 before.
Leopard 2A4s were 10.0 before.
Not a single 10.3 in WT was 10.3 before BR decompression.

Ok dude its some kind of US Education math, cant argue with you there is no point.

If you have difficulties understanding that 11.7 is a higher number than 11.3 & 11.0…

So they decompressed it and now they’re compressed it again?

We are talking about current changes not the ones that happend 9 month ago…???
We all agree that increasing max br to 11.7 was decompression…

There has been no compression.
11.3 [adding 0.3 to 11.0, 0.3 being how much everything* was risen by in this decompression update] is a lower number than the current maximum of 11.7 for ground.

You’re fighting vehicles that were previously separated more than 1 BR, that is compression, I don’t care what the top BR is as they didn’t change that in this update.

No, I’m fighting vehicles I was before, and I’m not fighting vehicles I was before.
Cause unlike you, I remember 9 months ago when I was playing 10.0 and facing M1A2s.
Now you have to be 10.7 or 11.0 to face M1A2s.
& 10.7 doesn’t exist as lineups outside China.

They completely destroyed Italy’s high tier lineups and moved tanks without APFSDS or thermals to a BR where everything else does, Affectively killing the chance of being able to compete while playing Italy at the BR’s of 8.0 to 10.0

Yeah, this is the issue, without raising the BR cap, all that Gaijin’s decompression accomplished is moving the “crunch zone” up.

Additionally, what was done to fix the 9.3-10.7 balancing issues was essentially undone with these changes, as all the better 10.0-10.3 premiums and a certain squadron vehicle in that range are stomping downwards again.

BR cap was already raised from 11.0 to 11.7.
There were no undone changes.

@TheCosmic_Neko
What? No they didn’t.
Centauro & OF40 Mk2 have APFSDS.
Everything else is relatively identical.

Did I specifically mention those two vehicles? no I didn’t and they were balanced at the BR they were at before. the tank I was more specifically referencing was the OF-40 which Doesn’t have good rounds at all.
On another note, the BR cap was raised Months ago it isn’t even a valid argument to say that it has.

They decompressed it slightly, and now they moved stuff right back up, my Leopard 1 wasn’t fighting a Leopard A1A1 before either, my WMA is 9.0 now and it was 8.3 earlier this year and it wasn’t fighting Challengers at 8.3 either.
My Type 74 G at 9.0 wasn’t fighting 2A4s.

No reason for these BRs to have moved closed together.
