My vision on BR changelist (Rank 5/6 aircraft) AirRB

After so many battles on many rank 5 and rank 6 jets in Air RB, and since Gaijin didn’t care about this ranks. I created this list, so, somehow this will change the balance at these ranks, here we go:

  • USA
  1. F-89B/D | BR 7.0 → 7.3 | This jet is ridiciously fast on his BR and has a crazy-velocity guns with a lot of ammo, its a crime to bullying 6.0 props on this thing (Re.2005 intensified suffering sounds). Even some 8.0 jets has some problems to outrun this jet on high altitude.
  2. B-57A/B-57B | BR 8.3 —> 8.0 | Unlike the bri’ish variants - the american ones is a lot heavier (B-57A - 1 ton heavier, B-57B - 3 ton heavier), so, their mobility is pretty horrible. They can’t even dodge AIM-9B missiles and im not talking about dogfighting with the enemy jets
  3. B-66B | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | This bomber has a 20 mm turret with a lot of ammo and a good velocity, but this thing is extremely big and those turrets won’t help this jet to counter some Matra Magic missiles (if its gonna fight against 10.0 jets)
  4. A-4B | BR 8.7 → 8.3 | This jet has no flares and lacks of some engine perfomance when A-4E has all of this and sits on the same BR
  • Germany
  1. Me 262 A-1a | BR 7.0 → 6.7 | Probably the worst jet of the 7.0 BR. Horrible mortar guns, decent dynamic and mobility and the horrible thing - this jet has all chances to meet F-86A-5 or pay-to-win MiG-15bis-ish, and there is no any chances that Schwalbe can win those jets. Jabo version deserves to stay on 7.0 because it has Airspawn.
  2. Me 262 C-1a | BR 7.3 → 7.0 | Not so good as C-2a version. His rocket engine is weak in compare, no leading-edge slats and withous using rocket engine it its just a heavier version of A-1a, but the last - Heimashutzer 1 can face against dangerous AIM-9B carriers like SAAB-105G
  3. Me 262 A-1a | BR 7.3 → 7.0 | A lot heavier version of Jabo with a lot of 20 and 30 mm guns. The only thing this thing is good is a head-on attacks everything else is literally crap. Getting on the 8.3 BR battles you have no chances against some jets like MiG-15bis, SAAB-105 and A-4H because they are literally better than you in all aspects
  4. Ho-229 | BR 7.0 → 6.7 | Flying triangle with a crazy mobility, but a horrible engines and dynamic. Any maneuver results in instant speed lose which leads to the fact that he can’t catch any jet on his BR
  5. Me-163B | BR 8.0 → 7.3 | Since Gaijin nerfed his fuel load (thx to SiKrEt DoKuMeNtS) his current BR makes no sence. While you’re flying to the middle of the map, two things will happen: either all the enemies will be killed, or your fuel will run out halfway and you’ll have to return to the field. Therefore, you have to fly at 50-30% thrust, which means you’ll be the slowest plane on your team and everything else on his BR range will be faster than you (except Vampires and some bombers).
  6. Me-163B-0 | BR 8.3 → 7.7 | The same problems as Me-163B, but has a better guns with more ammo, his BR becomes a little higher and now it faces against supersonic jets and 30G missiles Yak-38 sniffing
  7. G.91 R /3 | BR 8.7 → 8.3 | The same BR as R /4 version, but has no any AA missiles and only 30 mm guns
  8. F-86K | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | One of the worst jets and the worst Sabre of this game. This thing dont needs introduction
  • USSR
  1. MiG-9 | BR 7.3 → 7.0 | Has 0 sence on this BR, cuz MiG-9 (L) exist
  2. MiG-15bis-ish | BR 8.0 → 8.3 | Literally the same MiG-15bis with lower BR
  3. Yak-30D | BR 8.7 → 8.3 | A stronger version of La-15, but his BR is overrated and sits on the same BR as MiG-17/PF which is better in all aspects
  4. Su-7B/BKL/BMK | BR 9.0 → 9.3 | Moving those jets on 9.0 was a BIG MISTAKE, now its the only one supersonic jet on 9.0. This thing feels like a heavier MiG-19, but can carry S-24 (which u can use against enemy jets if u have some skill) and if this thing is going to fight against 8.0 jets - no one will catch him, but Gaijin do not care because -StHaThIsThIcS.
  5. MiG-21F-13/PFM | BR 9.3 → 9.0 | This one deservers 9.0 BR a lot more than Su-7. Horrible engine, sole gun with 60 rounds (PFM has GsH-23 with 200 ammo which is a bit better) and losing all speed on maneuvers.
  • The Great Britain
  1. Meteor F Mk.3 | BR 7.3 → 7.0 | Has 0 sence on this BR, cuz Sea version of this jet is better in every aspects, but sits on the same BR
  2. Vampire F.B 5 | BR 8.0 → 7.0 | I dont need to explain anything about this dogass, just move it down, his BR overrated af.
  • Japanese
  1. Ki-200 | BR 8.3 → 7.7 | The same problems as the germany Me-163B-0.
  2. R2Y2 (all versions) | BR 8.0 → 7.3 | good mobility with a good guns, but a horrible dynamic
  3. F-86F-40 | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | One of the few Sabres which was forgotten by Gaijin when they moved down all MiGs/Sabres one year ago, now it sits on the same BR as the CL-13B Mk.6, which is better in almost every single aspect. The only thing this Sabre is better than CL-13B is his bigger wing that gives him a more critical angle of attack, in everything else its just an F-86F-30 with AIM-9B missiles and leading-edge slats.
  • China
  1. MiG-9 | BR 7.3 → 7.0 | Same as the soviet one.
  2. F-86F-40 | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | Same as the japanese one.
  3. J-4 | Rank 5 → Rank 6 | Somehow the chinese MiG-17 still have the rank 5 when the soviet version sits on Rank 6 for a long time.
  4. Shenyang F-5 | BR 9.3 → 9.0 | Another criminally forgotten jet along with the F-86F-40. This thing have the same perfomance as Lim-5P/MiG-17PF, but has 2 PL-2 missiles (R-3S copies), and unlike Lim-5P u have to fight 10.3 jets like MiG-21SMT/F-8U/Su-25/A-10 almost EVERY SINGLE BATTLE. Funny how Gaijin moved down CL-13B and Su-7 on 9.0 BR, but this one still sits on 9.3, the same BR as MiG-19/F-100/F-104A
  • Italy
  1. Vampire FB 52A | BR 8.0 → 7.0 | Same as the bri’ish one
  2. G.91 pre-serie | BR 8.3 → 8.0 | Has only 4x .50 cals and lower rip speed (1011 km/h vs 1128 km/h on latest versions of G.91R)
  3. G.91 R /1 | BR 8.7 → 8.3 | Similar problem as the R /3 version, but instead of 30mm guns this jet carry only x2 .50 cals and 2 AA-20 Nord missiles, or carry x4 .50 cals without Nords
  4. CL-13 Mk.4 | BR 8.3 → 8.0 | This jet is literally the reason why Gaijin StHaThIsThIsTicS becames a meme. This jet, which is a worse version of F-86A-5 sits on a higher BR than his original american version and without leading-edge-slats
  5. F-86K | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | Same problems as the germany one
  6. Saggitario 2 | BR 9.3 → 8.7 | Another example of StHaThIsThIcS. The jet, which is a lot worse version of Ariete, has to fight against supersonic jets and all-aspect missiles
  7. G.91 YS | BR 9.3 → 9.0 | The sidegrade of the G.91 Y. Instead of AA-20 Nord this thing carries AIM-9B, but those missiles didnt deserve a higher BR.
  • Le France
  1. Super Mystere B2 | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | Literally a heavy flying baguette, which losing a lot of speed in maneuvers
  2. F-86K | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | Same as the German/Italy one
  3. Alpha Jet E | BR 8.7 → 8.3 | The worst version of Alpha Jet in this game, instead of hitscan Mauzer 27mm cannon this thing carry only 1 30 mm DEFA mortar (can carry another 2 as a gunpod), also this thing lacks of flares and has a weaker engine.
  4. F-100D | BR 9.3 → 9.0 | The worst version of Super Sabre in this game, unlike the american and chinese one - this thing doesn’t have AIM-9E and can carry only x4 AIM-9Bs
  • Sweden
  1. J21RA | BR 6.7 → 6.3 | A21RB is better in every aspect than this thing.
  2. A29B | BR 7.7 → 7.3 | J29A is better in every aspect than this thing
  3. J29F | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | No longer competetive on this BR, cuz G.91 Y and CL-13B exist. The version with 30mm cannons and same afterburner (J29D) sits on 8.3
  • JEWS
  1. Sambad/Saar | BR 9.0 → 8.7 | Same problems as the Francais Super Mystere B2
  • Honorable mentions
  1. F-84F | BR 8.3 → 8.0 | Perfomances is worse than F-86A and if you lose all of your speed - u will never return it back. Also, the american F-84F is the only one which has the air spawn, when the other F-84F didnt have it, cuz they sits on Rank 6 instead of 5, so they need to moved back on Rank 5.
  2. Vautour IIA/B/N | Same problems as the F-84F clones, they needs to be returned on rank 5 and get AirSpawn back

Not a terrible list, but there are some not good changes that won’t make anything better. What we really need is decompression, and this list does not make it any better.

All of the Me-262s should get a BR reduction, as well as an airspawn. One without the other won’t be hlepful

All Me-163s and the Ki-200 should be 7.7 with an interceptor spawnpoint.

The R/4 needs to be 9.0.

It’s a better plane than the Su-7, and both should be 9.3.

I think 7.3 or 7.7 would be a fair BR for all vampires. Any lower and it will be OP.

They are fine where they are, and the R/4 just needs to be 9.0.

lmao. It’s great at 9.3, and it will be hilariously OP at 9.0, let alone 8.7. It’s also not an entire 0.7 BRs worse than the Ariete.

The 30mm gunpods allow this to be on par with the German one.

It should get 9Es and remain where it is.

They are equivalent planes.

No, HELL NO. The Me 163s should not be facing 7.0 planes as is, they certainly should not be facing props.

Saar no, Sharir 2s are absolutely cracked at 9.0

Everything else am ambivalent on. But most of these are just crazy compression takes- the “hell nah” section and Sabre/MiG compression.

Me-163 version with MK-108 should not sit on 7.7. 7.3 is the best BR for him

Its ridiciously too high for this jet, cuz we have Scimitar with 4 AIM-9B on the same 8.7 BR, also G.91Y exist on 9.0.

They should not, especially when they can face against all-aspect missiles which they stand no any chance against

Meanwhile the A21RB with the same engine as Vampire exist and no one talks about that its too OP.

Since F-86s got decompressed, some of G.91s versions need to be decompressed too

With the nerf of their max fuel their current battle rating is overrated. There is only 2 ways:

first: decompress their BRs
two: bring back their 6 minutes fuel

Option 3: give them a BR of 7.7 and an interceptor air spawn.

The G.91 R/3 is a good plane at 8.7, and it should not go down BR because a direct upgrade exists at the same BR. The R/4 is what needs to be changed, and not the other G.91s.

Aim-9Gs are your biggest issue, and true supersonic planes should not exist below 9.3.

Because it is a considerably worse airframe, with a worse armament.

F-86s were compressed so now they dunk on 7.X jets, and the G.91s should not have the same thing happen. Gaijin moving the F-86s and Migs down in BR has ruined 7.X more than it has been, and it has made them all very OP.

Asking for a plane that’s objectively better than the Lim-5P (which should easily be 9.0) to go to 8.7 is just wrong.

I wrote this in another topic before:

Someone found something like a document about the fuel consumption, so GJN nerfed the fuel.
unfortunately there is no valid document about the climbrate, but all WW2 reports make clear, the climbrate should be double the rate we have in the game.
That would be enough to make them flyable again. Maybe with an interceptor spawn.

You can’t lower their BRs because they would shred everything in a downtier.
That’s the reason why we need decompression.

It makes absolute no sense to lower any plane’s BR as long as there is no global decompression.

Meanwhile the soviet BI on 6.7 is still exist and no one complaining about to move this thing up (he is more OP than a Comet in his current state). The skilled players will never gonna dogfight with Comet and just gonna run away from him, wasting his fuel

This one really sounds like compression instead of decompression.

So I will mention one thing.

Sarr has Shafrir 2. It would be too good on 8.7.
Oh, and don’t forget about Saar lost afterburner due to the engine swap.

I had many dogfights with this thing, and all of them ends with running away from this thing or just killing it due to losing all energy in dogfight

I hope Netz can be changed from 12.7 to 12.3, because it doesn’t have SARM.
