I don’t understand why they gave us the Tan-SAM Kai instead of the Type 03 Chu-SAM.
The Tan-SAM Kai is shit compared to the Type 03 Chu-SAM and it isn’t fair that Germany got the only good SPAA.

For both Germany and Italy (With Hungary), some SPAAs from the warsaw pact could also be considered.
(East) Germany as example, also used the Kub and S-300 systems.
