All aside, no. Bagel is fine where it is unless it gets buffed.
We cant base BR on small sample size opinions

Issue, we cant get the numbers for the APFSDS on the Bagel since its still classified.

I’m pretty sure 57 mm Bofors APFSDS is now considered a defunct round, I doubt they even know what the capabilities of it are anymore, the documents are probably sitting in a dusty and forgotten warehouse in Sweden…

To be fair, I’d rather see a “Late” version with higher BR. Begleitpanzer in its best possible configuration, it could be an event vehicle. APFSDS, HOT and Helicopter warning receiver/tracking, easily 10.7, or 11.0.

The Bagel has:

  • No smokes.
  • A solid shot AP round that is frontally only really useful against light tanks, MBTs dont care and breaking barrels from front is a pain
  • SAPT round thats barely usable due to poor pen
  • No IRST
  • No LWS
  • Gen 1 thermals
  • Mediocre mobility
  • A basket (but dont worry, this only applies if you survive a round, which you wont.)
  • I-TOW which can get easily countered by any soft kill APS, let alone hardkill ofc AND is not a tandem round, meaning anything with ERA (take your pick honestly) is just not going to care

The only good thing it does infact have is the HEVT round that tends to shred close range helicopters, but again, no IRST so long range heli kills are not that easy to get, you gotta use the laser range finder which will alert LWS on helis that have it and then they start evading, at which point that slow muzzle velocity HEVT isnt going to do much.

The bagel could atmost go up to like 9.7, anything higher is just people being salty they died to the pretzel dispenser.
