Since the Sale i more played 10.7 and holy shit the 2S28 is overpowered then i can remember. I can´t remember that it was ever possible with it to frontal kill a 2a4, but now it seems to be no problem.
Should 2S38 moved up?

It is fairly balanced imo. It can be killed easily even with Leopard 1s and it barely able to protect itself. But I do agree it needs a bit of rework or a slower fire rate.

They are not as annoying to deal with anymore. They survive dumb shit as always, but they can’t shoot back now

Players performing well =/= vehicle overpowered.
2A4 cannot be frontally fragged under normal circumstances. A LOT has to go wrong for a 2A4 to get frontally shot at, let alone penned by, any auto-light.
