BUT it misses equipment as well. RB27 /RB28 missiles which is an option for SARH as well.

No flares, + u can’t use custom weapon load out, pretty stuffed at 10.7.

It does not NEED to go to 10.7, you WANT it to go to 10.7, that’s the difference. It’s fine at 10.3 because it is the worst premium jet.

If the downtier means Ayit (9.3) and AV-8C /Harrier Gr3 (9.7) , sure it’s perfectly fine. Yes you can beat them in a dogfight , physically being 10.3 is a stronger plane overall , but you can’t just sling a missile and call it a day.
If you compare with with Su-7/F-100D/MiG 19 (9,3) and even f-4C (10.0) yes it NEEDS uptiering.
It’s not about 1v1. It’s the fact that you have the capability of getting in there toss the missiles in planes like this -not even having to slow down /be vulnerable and you have 6 kills …
You underestimate its 3d party potential.
And yes you are right in a degree , that it doesn’t need to go 10,7, because all those planes that went 10,3 J35XS/21MF/SMT etc. Sure are straight incapable against 11,7s. GJ NEEDS to get their crap straight and fix the MM in general. Decompression? BR spread reduction? Somethingsomething something?

Game has no balance at all.
All planes in the 10.0-10.3 that have “near unavoidable” missiles, are supersonic, and have flares should go up back to 10.7 with maybe an exception or two. It’s not fair fighting these 10.3 planes in a 9.3 plane with 10g missiles, no flares, and worse performance. Once that is done the 9.3/9.7 that are oppressive can be moved up like the t2.

Mate, if you cannot dodge an AIM 9J, that’s on you. I hate pulling out the skill issue card, but that’s the only thing that describes dying to a AIM 9J

That is on you, if u can, demonstrate it. 9J is impossible to dodge unless they are fired from 1. too far away or 2. bad angles. Even 9E are hard to dodge if u utilise the off axis well.
Also a reminder 9.3 still fields MiG17. If u wanna try, I won’t mind.

Mate, I don’t play those BRs. Haven’t played it loyally since they put the Saab and Kfir at 11.3 or 11.7, and haven’t wanted back since. I dabbled in it here and there, but the AIM 9L spam is far worse than the AIM 9J.
The issue is the br range is 10.7 = complete death to all aspects
10.3 = complete death to anything but it
It should be given its falcons and put to 10.7
