then I guess not everyone. As the only one lacks this is German. most nation already get multi role, or nothing to add, as suitable things already added.
Maybe China gets a J-15, not good as J-11B, but batter than terrible J-11A as top jet.
RU may get a MIG-29K/M or a MIG-35.
But all these are based on that gaijin don’t introducing new higher br top jet in that update, otherwise we will get things like EF2000, J-11B, new F-15/F-16, F-18 is special(low speed and maneuverable, and many missiles), not sure if it can be new top
