Does ASSTA had an active programmer like F-16C?
that was the whole point of the ASSTA upgrade
if I correctly understood that…
That allows the F-16C to identify radar signals to program the HARM in-mission.
Without that HARM has to be programmed “on the ground” with the anticipated anti-air system.
Which is why Gaijin stated that HARMs wouldn’t be useful prior to F-16C’s addition.
You’d have to prove other aircraft are capable of identifying radar signals to program the HARM in-mission.

whether the ASSTA 1 IDS’s got it or not I can’t tell you
Last year, the same update on the schedule dropped on the last day of October iirc, two weeks ago
