Yeah, exactly and even then, F-15Cs and Es could easily get a few minor buffs to keep them comfortably in the fight.

yes, that was literally the ONLY pitful for it. But considering we have things like Mig-29s with R-27ER that never carried them and Yak-141s with IRST that never had them and heck, even the entirely fake F-16AJ, giving the EAP some Skyflash DFs is not exactly the most game breaking thing they could have done

Guys, I appreciate the EAP may be an aircraft some of you have a personal interest in, but it’s now becoming a huge disruption in these RR topics.
The aircraft was a technology demonstrator. Nothing more. As we have already said, it’s not something suitable for the game (unless you want to ram someone with an unarmed, RWR less, countermeasurer-less aircraft).
It’s time to please move on from the aircraft.
It was a fun meme at first, but sadly some are taking it too far.
It hits somewhat decent honestly, but its probably the hardest gun to aim in this BR, excluding aden/defas that are placed in rediculous positions.

The A-5C can get crosshair on foes pretty easy but you cant say that for the J-7D. Id much prefer J-7E with that ludicrous crosshair management and a hard hitting 30mm.

The 23-2 is probably the worst cannon at this BR, but a handful of soviet aircrafts has to cope with it as well.

I am not saying its hard, I literally farmed kills with the A-5C and grinded China under like a month. But you have to face the fact that it sucks because other options are much better.
A5C doesnt have the 23mm from the j7d
The 23-3 has even slower muzzle velocity, often requiring half a screen to aim. Again, doable, because most of the times the guns go onto a-10 or frogfoots which are juicy targets and easy kill against A-5Cs.
