They are nowhere near the category of the EAP. But many of the DA series (not all) often lacked something(s).
The question is then also if it’s really needed to go for a prototype aircraft rather than production where it’s possible.

Well it’s just that the developers have repeatedly said the EF is too strong for the game, but if the DA1 and DA2 came with the RB199 engines it would be pretty much on par with what we have now.

The best solution for adding the DAs would be to add a bit of an amalgam of DA variants, whilst strictly speaking each nation was working on different parts and didnt have “complete” aircraft , it was a collab project not 3 seperate projects.
A Typhoon without certain defensive aids, Tornado engines and a few other minor limitations, perhaps in max AAM loadout, would enable it to be added sooner rather than later. imo, could have been added alongside the F-15C MSIP II nearly.
These days, F-15E = T1B5 Typhoons (at least in A2A need T2B10 to match A2G I think)
they are different issue, I agree with Smin in this. YAK-141 is what it should be for a unfinished plane. EAP is not, while DA.1/2 is also not this situation.
The only way to add is merge the protypes, there are some of this kind of vehicles in game, though mainly because of gaijin messing their information.

The object 211 is an example, but it is indeed a mistake since there were little relevant sources.
It wasnt hype, it was desperation.
German mains complaining about the ICE at the moment have nothing on the state britain last year.
The EAP was a native solution to the fact we had nothing that had a hope in hells chance of fighting an F-16 or Mig-29 let alone F-16C or Mig-29G. EAP would have been it.

I dont care about top tier that much, but geniunely there were little addition in the recent year, that is authentically British or partly British and completely new. GR.7 on launch was def a great addition but it was just…a harrier. Tornado ADV is good but its just another tornado. Shamsher is a jag etc.
Imagine fighting Mig-29Gs in an F4F ICE with only Aim-9Ls and Aim-7Es and you’ll get an idea of what we had to deal with last year.

Tornado F3 would have been fine if it was in the state its in today (minus the BOL nerfs) but was terrible at launch, couldnt guide a Skyflash onto an airliner
and then… nothing… for 9 months, all we got was a TT version of the FRS1, which was identical.
They could have given us so much, in fact, even the Tornado Gr4 coming this major update, would have been perfect for October last year. Nothing coming on it would be OP or even unique
