A-4K KAHU as Hawk II(def not two) when
Honestly with 4x R-73 I would 100% want to play that thing at 12.0/12.3
You have fun in the Night Hawk?
So it’s DOA nice
Is there a possibility it will get them later at least? Because i’m going to be honest but compared to other attack planes added in the update RMV will be quite inefficient.
So because it only gets PGM’s it’s DOA?
I’m not talking about my opinion on objective performance. I’m talking about objective performance. It doesn’t change just because you view it differently.
Its basically a Mirage 2000D R1 with Laser+IOG bombs. Also PGM are very unreliable compared to how reliable AASM would be AND RMV have access to 3 PGM while F15E gets acccess to 6 MAV, SU34 has access to 6 KH38 and GR4 gets 9 Brimstones. So yeah when you see the counterparts to it… It’s DOA. And will get potent only way later when AASM and MICA IR get added. Also for now no info if it will get the AUF2 twin racks for bombs on the wings so maximum of 4 guided bombs + gunpod or 5 guided bombs is pretty much a DOA loadout.
Why would I bring it over the Mirage 2000-5F at all? The RMV has no multirole capability in game, I already mainly use the AS-30Ls and the PGMs are pretty good rn and ALL of them are being buffed not just the new ones (that the Mirage 2000-5F and the Mirage 2000D should have but gaijin is only giving it to the RMV)
Unless it gets the MICA-IR and AASMs it serves no purpose in ground or air compared to its multirole fighter counterpart.
What about the GR.4 then?
You can bring both
I’m talking from experience. In game detection beyond ~50km is simply not possible. Locking (as I said) only works on targets closer than ~30km.
Is GR4 limited to 5 guided weapons max? I don’t think so. Also GR4 has brimstones than can be fired from relatively safes distances and have decent chances to hit from what i observed, their only issue being not being F&F. In any way or measure the GR4 is less DOA than the RMV as it can have more guided weaponry, have an integrated gun, have an insane ammount of CMs, have brimstones even if they are nerfed and overall can bring almost always the double of guided weaponry than the RMV.
On the other hand, the GR.4 represents the first standoff-potential CAS option for the UK. Even limited to AS.30L and without the option to mix with PGMs, the M2K-5F can take out most AAs outside their effective range, even sometimes a poorly played pantsir. Britain cannot garuntee such possibilites with the AGM-65G being their best option. The M2K-5F can also carry extra paveways into the game, alongside with MICA missiles capable of self defense, all on a decent platform. The SAAF Gripen offers limited ARH capabilities employing R-DARTER, alongside with a much more limited load. Overall, French CAS is still superior with GR.4 being put into consideration. Not to mention the GR.4 is dead with dealing with ARHs.
France also has a better ground lineup, albeit not much.
That is extremely debateable.
