Well, in the threads about F-15E getting 229’s, a lot of the Israel community in the forums came out in support of it, sort of in the hopes that achieving A2A parity could lead to A2G parity.
But the snail is allergic to giving Israel jets literally any domestic munitions, so maybe we were just fooling ourselves in that hope.
I am heartened to see a lot of those US mains now move over the F-15I threads and return the favour of support, but I doubt it will be enough for the snail to model unique things for a tree they don’t like to model unique things for.

Yeah, it’s been one of the few examples I’ve seen in a long time of two countries player bases banding together to help each other.
US mains, with their sheer mass, really do have an influence in decision making hardly any other section of the community seem to do, so hopefully it leads somewhere.
This cycle of Israel only ever getting copy paste really needs improvement. When for instance copy paste isn’t possible (as with Mavericks), we simply get left with nothing. Without sounding ungrateful, it’s just not good enough.

I don’t know what the core issue is. Is it just the snail not wanting to foot the bill for modelling something for the small Israeli playerbase ? Start crowd funding then. Sell ‘Israel supporter packs’ on the store like a go fund me and set goals. We sold a thousand ? Cool, you guys can have an AA now. Another 250? Cool, here’s a unique missile etc.
Tired of every update either being a half baked copy paste jet, or another half baked magach.

As cool as Magach family is, I can’t justify researching like 20 slightly different M48/M60s back to back
I know there are other domestic and export vehicles that could be added still, I’m holding out for those

There are many who feel this way.
I said it somewhere earlier in this thread, but the Israeli content cycle is like :
Can’t justify unique additions as not enough players > ‘Just add another magach’ > No one plays Israel because they only get Magachs > Can’t justify uniq…
Over and over, every major update. There is genuinely so many unique and cool things Israel could get. They just never get added because it’s seemingly a lot more work to model from scratch than just remodeling an ERA / composite pack on a Patton for the umpteenth time. And even when they do get added, they’re a complete mess (Sholef / Namer as prime examples)

The Mi-28NM’s fire and forget are optical/IR guided, not radar.
Are there any plans to update the armament/countermeasures of the chinese f-16 mlu? Many reports and messages from other players about this subject have been submitted without any answer.
This plane, as many others, faces fox-3 aircraft witch limits/minimizes its potential by the simple fact that doesn’t have effective bvr capability, at the moment.
If there’s evidences this plane can carry better armament in real life why can’t we have it implemented in the game, even if a br increase would be needed?

wouldnt it just be as simple as adding the Chaff element to smoke that most nato smoke uses? which in turn would just make it work in mode 2 like the current FnF weapons
is it too far fatched to think that in this case it would be fair to give the 27SM its better engines?
It’s honestly really depressing the 229 engines are now in the F-15E and I, they provide a beyond unfair amount of power and further perpetuate a meta that was already in the hands of the F-15. The counter to these aircraft would be the Eurofighter, Rafale and J-15, yet where are they? It’s clear gaijin doesn’t understand how powerful being able to hit M2 easily is in ARB.

the amount of American mains I have seen complain about German or Russia, Russians complain about Germans or Americans and then how much Germans complain about Americans or Russians crying I feel you should be saying that to them, and even when we do complain we get labelled as “wanting the world” or something else so there really isnt winning

Eurofighter and Rafale are closer to being F-22 counterparts than they are to being F-15 ones…
And I don’t know about J-15, but China just got J-10 which many consider to be one of the Top 3 fighters in the game.
Asking for a new top tier aircraft squadron = asking the world
Asking for one of our rightful tech = asking the world
It’s only when us Brit’s moan it’s asking the world when it’s only stuff we want to be fill in, I mean look at the JF-17 from Pakistan a Australian or a Canadian counterpart would fill that gap nicely with,
A. Not taking away anything from out main research tree,
B. Also filling a gap.
