AESA is already in game, and it is made as PESA. That is, a single beam only is scanning.
But that’s in the context of ground vehicles, right? The balance adjustments are different from those for aircraft, aren’t they? So, is there really no chance that AESA implementation on aircraft could be set up to generate multiple beams properly?

Within the game, the only significant difference in the planes will be the lack of Brimstones. The Paveway IV in the game will be the same LJDAM with a different name.
When will my lord show us how to play ASSTA1/Gr.1 in GRB?
they desperately want a german tornado that differs from the one we have already by such a small margin that imo at least with the current available weapon types it’s not worth adding at all
rather wait until SEAD/DEAD mechanics, GPS Cruise missiles, better ASMs and advanced IR AAMs are in game because then it’ll actually be worth researching

I really don’t enjoy the overhyped way everyone masochistic enough to fly german top tier talks about ASSTA 3.1 and with the few remaining additions to german top Air it imo isn’t the time to add it yet because we’re just loosing potential if they add it with the currently in game weapon types
I’d personally be much more excited for a Tornado ECR or ECR (ASSTA1) and SEAD/DEAD mechanics because that one the brits didn’t actually have
one new bomb just honestly isn’t even remotely enough to add a whole new aircraft that’ll cost 450K RP to research to the game

thr ECRs Have recived ASSTA 1, 2 and 3 too
they can carry all weapons a german IDS of the same ASSTA can carry with exception of the cannons
in the place of the cannons it gets an ELINT Emitter locator system and HARM III
